65臺家用空氣凈化器過濾膜細(xì)菌污染狀況及凈化效果分析

【摘要】:目的調(diào)查居民家庭HEPA型空氣凈化器的基本情況、過濾膜細(xì)菌污染狀況和空氣細(xì)菌凈化效果,為指導(dǎo)居民合理使用空氣凈化器提供依據(jù)。方法問卷法調(diào)查空氣凈化器的基本情況和使用習(xí)慣;拭子涂抹法采集過濾膜前后的細(xì)菌并進(jìn)行檢測,全自動微生物生化系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行細(xì)菌鑒定;空氣沉降法采集空氣微生物并進(jìn)行檢測。結(jié)果本次研究共調(diào)查65臺HEPA型空氣凈化器。過濾膜上的細(xì)菌鑒定出56種,17個屬別。過濾膜前細(xì)菌總數(shù)中位數(shù)為8.8 CFU/cm2,膜后為0.4 CFU/cm2,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(Z=-5.264,P0.001),且兩者呈正相關(guān)(r=0.357,P=0.004)?諝鈨艋鏖_啟前室內(nèi)空氣細(xì)菌總數(shù)中位數(shù)為5.5CFU/皿,開啟后為3.0CFU/皿,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(Z=-3.826,P0.001)且兩者呈正相關(guān)(r=0.590,P0.001)。經(jīng)偏相關(guān)分析,過濾膜前細(xì)菌總數(shù)與空氣細(xì)菌總數(shù)正相關(guān)(r=0.501,P0.001)。結(jié)論過濾膜上細(xì)菌種類繁多,膜前細(xì)菌污染情況嚴(yán)重于膜后;78.3%的空氣凈化器可以有效降低室內(nèi)空氣中的微生物數(shù)量,但二次污染問題不容忽視;過濾膜前表面細(xì)菌數(shù)量與空氣細(xì)菌總數(shù)正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the basic situation of HEPA type air purifier, the bacterial contamination of filtration membrane and the effect of air bacteria purification. In order to guide the residents to use air purifier reasonably, the basic situation and usage habits of air purifier were investigated by questionnaire method, and the bacteria before and after filtration membrane were collected and detected by swabbing method. Automatic microbial biochemistry system for bacteria identification; Results in this study, 65 HEPA air purifiers were investigated. 56 species of bacteria were identified on the membrane, 17 genera were identified. The median number of bacteria before filtration membrane was 8.8 CFU / cm ~ 2, and the number of bacteria on membrane was 8. 8 CFU / cm ~ 2. It was 0.4 CFU / cm ~ (2), the difference was statistically significant, and there was a positive correlation between the two. The median of bacteria in indoor air before the air purifier was opened was 5.5 CFU / dish, and there was a positive correlation between the two. After opening it was 3.0 CFU / dish, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.001) and there was a positive correlation between them. By partial correlation analysis, it was found that there was a positive correlation between the total number of bacteria before filtration and the total number of bacteria in air. Conclusion there are many kinds of bacteria on filtration membrane. The contamination of pre-membrane bacteria was more serious than that of air purifier after membrane, but the secondary contamination could not be ignored, and the number of bacteria on the surface of membrane filter was positively correlated with the total number of bacteria in the air.
