【摘要】:目的評(píng)估3~12月齡引導(dǎo)式家庭教育訓(xùn)練對(duì)早產(chǎn)兒及足月兒認(rèn)知-運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)育水平的干預(yù)效果。方法選取2014年10月-2015年10月期間來(lái)本院兒童保健門診健康體檢的嬰兒273例作為干預(yù)組研究對(duì)象,選取同時(shí)期在上海市另外一家婦幼保健院及江蘇省某婦保院健康體檢的嬰兒1 572例為對(duì)照組研究對(duì)象,對(duì)干預(yù)組研究對(duì)象的家長(zhǎng)發(fā)放認(rèn)知-運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)育訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃并由醫(yī)生向家長(zhǎng)講解和督促其對(duì)嬰兒開(kāi)展訓(xùn)練,對(duì)照組研究對(duì)象不做任何干預(yù)措施。應(yīng)用"年齡與發(fā)育進(jìn)程問(wèn)卷(第三版)"(Ages and Stages Questionnaire-Third edition,ASQ-3)作為嬰兒認(rèn)知-運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)育水平的評(píng)估工具,通過(guò)構(gòu)建回歸方程對(duì)干預(yù)措施的效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果在足月兒人群中,干預(yù)組和對(duì)照組嬰兒的ASQ-3總得分差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);而在早產(chǎn)兒人群中,干預(yù)組嬰兒的ASQ-3總得分較對(duì)照組平均高5.554分(P0.01)。結(jié)論在兒童保健門診對(duì)嬰兒家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行引導(dǎo)式家庭教育訓(xùn)練在提高早產(chǎn)兒認(rèn)知-運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)育水平方面效果明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the intervention effect of 3~12 months training guide family education on development level of Sports Cognition - preterm infants and term infants. Methods from October 2014 to October during the -2015 healthy children health care clinic in our hospital 273 cases of infants as the intervention group research object, select the same period in 1572 cases of healthy infants in a maternal and child health hospital Shanghai city in Jiangsu province and a women's Hospital as control group study, cognitive development and sports training program by the doctor to explain to the parents and urge them to carry out the training of infants in the intervention group issued a research object of the parents, the subjects of the control group without any intervention measures. Population, no significant differences in the total scores of ASQ-3 in intervention group and control group of infants (P0.05); while in the crowd of premature infants in the intervention group, the ASQ-3 total score average 5.554 points higher than in the control group (P0.01). Conclusion in the child health clinic for infants to guide parents Training Family Education in the improvement of premature cognitive and motor development level obviously.
