枸杞汁對(duì)DEHP致大鼠氧化損傷和血脂異常保護(hù)作用研究

【摘要】:目的探討枸杞汁對(duì)鄰苯二甲酸二乙基己基酯(DEHP)染毒所致氧化損傷和血脂異常的干預(yù)作用及差異。方法將實(shí)驗(yàn)大鼠分為對(duì)照組、DEHP組(1 500 mg/kg)、GSH干預(yù)組(500 mg/kg GSH+1 500 mg/kg DEHP)和枸杞汁干預(yù)組(枸杞原汁+1 500 mg/kg DEHP),連續(xù)灌胃7 d,測定大鼠血清及肝中谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性以及血脂水平。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組相比,DEHP染毒會(huì)導(dǎo)致血清中GSH-Px活性、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)濃度降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05或P0.01),TG/HDL-C和非高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(non-HDL-C)濃度升高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05或P0.01),肝中GSH-Px、SOD活性差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05或P0.01);與DEHP組比較,枸杞汁和GSH均能使血清中GSH-Px活性升高,TG/HDL-C降低(P0.05或P0.01),枸杞汁組non-HDL-C、GSH組LDL-C濃度降低(P0.05),2個(gè)干預(yù)組大鼠肝中SOD活性均低于DEHP組,上述差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 DEHP染毒會(huì)導(dǎo)致大鼠肝氧化損傷及血脂水平異常,枸杞汁與GSH的作用相似,即對(duì)DEHP誘導(dǎo)的氧化損傷和血脂異常具有良好的調(diào)節(jié)保護(hù)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of Lycium barbarum juice on oxidative damage and dyslipidemia induced by diethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP). Methods the experimental rats were divided into control group (1 500 mg / kg) and control group (n = 1 500 mg / kg). The activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PxX) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum and liver of rats were measured in the medlar juice intervention group (medlar juice 1 500 mg/kg DEHPX) for 7 days. Results compared with the control group, the rats were exposed to DEHP. Lead to GSH-Px activity in the serum, The concentration of HDL-C in TGN and HDL-C decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05 or P0.01 / TG / HDL-C and non-HDL-C), and the concentration of HDL-C was significantly higher than that of non-HDL-C. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05 or P 0.01), and the activity of SOD in liver was significantly higher than that in DEHP group (P 0.05 or P 0.01). Both Lycium barbarum juice and GSH could increase the activity of TG- / HDL-C in serum and decrease the activity of TG- / HDL-C by P0.05 or P0.01. The concentration of LDL-C in non-HDL-CG-GSH group in Lycium barbarum juice group decreased P0.05A, and the activity of SOD in liver of the two intervention groups was lower than that of DEHP group. Conclusion DEHP exposure can lead to liver oxidative injury and abnormal blood lipids in rats. The effect of Lycium barbarum juice is similar to that of GSH, that is, it has a good regulatory and protective effect on DEHP induced oxidative damage and dyslipidemia.
