【摘要】：目的了解蔬菜大棚中老年菜農(nóng)肌肉骨骼疾患的患病情況及其影響因素。方法采用橫斷面調(diào)查的方式選擇山東省壽光市主要大棚種植區(qū)的菜農(nóng)進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。采用檢驗(yàn)和多因素Logistic回歸分析的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法分析影響中老年菜農(nóng)肌肉骨骼疾患發(fā)生的因素。結(jié)果蔬菜大棚中老年菜農(nóng)肌肉骨骼疾病患病率為84.62%,中老年菜農(nóng)前3位疾患依次為下背部(65.71%)、膝關(guān)節(jié)(50.85%)、頸部(25.85%)。檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,共有14個(gè)因素與蔬菜大棚中老年菜農(nóng)MSDs有關(guān)。多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),性別女性(OR=1.865,95%CI:1.275~2.725)、從事大棚種植≥20年(OR=1.718,95%CI:1.135~2.598)、長時(shí)間站立工作(OR=2.274,95%CI:1.004~5.150)、長時(shí)間跪著工作(OR=1.702,95%CI:1.060~2.735)、常轉(zhuǎn)身搬舉重物(OR=1.789,95%CI:1.165~2.747)、種植面積≥1 200m2(OR=1.645,95%CI:1.122~2.413)與老年菜農(nóng)肌肉骨骼疾患的發(fā)生有關(guān)。結(jié)論蔬菜大棚中老年菜農(nóng)肌肉骨骼疾患的患病率較高,性別女性、從事大棚種植時(shí)間≥20年、長時(shí)間跪著工作、常轉(zhuǎn)身搬舉重物、種植面積≥1 200m2是蔬菜大棚中老年菜農(nóng)肌肉骨骼疾患的主要危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of musculoskeletal diseases among middle-aged and aged vegetable growers in vegetable shed and its influencing factors. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among vegetable farmers in Shouguang City, Shandong Province. Results the prevalence rate of musculoskeletal diseases of middle-aged and aged vegetable growers in vegetable shed was 84.62, and the first 3 diseases of middle-aged and aged vegetable farmers were dependent on the incidence of musculoskeletal diseases. 65.71% of the lower back, 50.85% of the knee joint, 25.85% of the neck. The results of the examination show that, A total of 14 factors were related to MSDs of vegetable growers in vegetable shed. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that, Women of both sexes: OR1.865 / 95CIW 1.2752.725, engaged in greenhouse planting for more than 20 years: 1.71895 CIU: 1.1352.598, long standing work OR2.27495CI1.0045.150, kneeling on their knees for a long time to work OR1.70295CI1.060,1.0605, often turning around to lift weights OR 1.789CI1.1652.747747, planting area more than 1 200m2OR 1.64595 CI1.1222.413) related to the occurrence of vegetable diseases in the elderly vegetable muscle growers. The prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in elderly vegetable farmers is higher.
