【摘要】：世界各國(guó)越來(lái)越重視食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)交流的作用,低效的食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)交流不僅不能夠達(dá)到解惑的目的,長(zhǎng)期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)交流的不暢還會(huì)加重公眾對(duì)政府、企業(yè)甚至專家的信任危機(jī)。目前我國(guó)食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)交流工作仍處于探索階段,如何建立有效的食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)交流機(jī)制,已成為避免公眾產(chǎn)生不必要的恐慌情緒、提高政府的食品安全監(jiān)管公信力、保障食品企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期健康發(fā)展乃至維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定所亟待解決的問(wèn)題,任重而道遠(yuǎn)。本文在對(duì)研究風(fēng)險(xiǎn)交流效果評(píng)價(jià)理論文獻(xiàn)梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合國(guó)外食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)交流的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),探討對(duì)我國(guó)食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)交流的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)啟示和意義。
[Abstract]:Countries in the world are paying more and more attention to the role of food safety risk exchanges. Inefficient food safety risk exchanges not only can not achieve the goal of dispelling doubt, but also will aggravate the public's response to the government because of the lack of long-term risk communication. Crisis of trust among enterprises and even experts. At present, the exchange of food safety risks in our country is still in the exploratory stage. How to establish an effective food safety risk communication mechanism has become a way to avoid unnecessary panic among the public. There is a long way to go to improve the credibility of the government's food safety supervision, to ensure the long-term healthy development of food enterprises and to maintain social stability. Based on the practical experience of food safety risk exchange abroad, the enlightenment and significance of practice guidance for food safety risk exchange in China are discussed.
