【摘要】：目的了解貴州省黔南地區(qū)農(nóng)村已婚育齡婦女乳腺疾病患病現(xiàn)狀及其危險(xiǎn)因素,為采取相應(yīng)的干預(yù)措施提供依據(jù)。方法于2015年3月—2017年2月采用多階段整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法抽取99 887名黔南地區(qū)17~45歲農(nóng)村已婚育齡婦女進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、體格檢查、近紅外線(xiàn)掃描儀檢查、B超檢查、鉬靶X線(xiàn)檢查和活體組織檢查,確診乳腺疾病。結(jié)果 99 887名農(nóng)村已婚育齡婦女中,確診乳腺疾病33 417例,患病率為33.45%,標(biāo)化患病率為33.31%。33 417例乳腺疾病中,乳腺增生疾病28 771例(86.09%),乳腺纖維瘤2 317例(6.93%),乳頭狀瘤1 975例(5.91%),小葉萎縮不全169例(0.51%),乳腺囊腫79例(0.24%),乳腺炎12例(0.04%),癌前病變51例(0.15%),乳腺癌43例(0.13%)。多因素非條件logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,年齡30~39歲、苗族、焦慮、性格急躁、束胸、飲酒、體質(zhì)指數(shù)(BMI)≥24.0 kg/m2、喜歡魚(yú)肉類(lèi)食品、睡眠時(shí)間7 h、月經(jīng)周期28 d、月經(jīng)量多、重度痛經(jīng)、初潮年齡13歲、結(jié)婚年齡25歲、初產(chǎn)年齡25歲、懷孕次數(shù)≤2次、流產(chǎn)次數(shù)≤2次、足月妊娠次數(shù)≤2次、生育次數(shù)≤2次、哺乳孩子個(gè)數(shù)≤2個(gè)、累積哺乳時(shí)間≤36個(gè)月、有婦科疾病和依山而居是貴州黔南地區(qū)農(nóng)村已婚育齡婦女乳腺疾病患病的危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論貴州黔南地區(qū)農(nóng)村已婚育齡婦女乳腺疾病患病率處于較高水平,應(yīng)引起高度重視。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and risk factors of breast disease among married women of childbearing age in rural areas of southern Guizhou province. Methods from March 2015 to February 2017, multi-stage cluster random sampling was used to extract 99. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 887 married women of childbearing age of 1745 years old in southern Guizhou. Physical examination, near infrared scanner, B ultrasonic examination, mammography and living tissue examination were used to diagnose breast diseases. Results among 99 887 married women of childbearing age in rural areas. 33,417 cases of breast diseases were diagnosed, the prevalence rate was 33.45 and the standardized prevalence rate was 33.31.33,417 cases of breast diseases. There were 28 771 cases of hyperplasia of mammary gland, 2 317 cases of mammary fibroma and 1 975 cases of papilloma. There were 169 cases of lobular atrophy, 79 cases of breast cyst, 0.24% of breast cyst, 12 cases of mastitis and 0.04% of mastitis, and 51 cases of precancerous lesion.
