我國塵螨分布的Meta分析

【摘要】:目的采用Meta分析對(duì)1982-2015年發(fā)表的有關(guān)我國人居環(huán)境中螨類分布的流行病學(xué)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行歸納匯總,綜合分析我國人居環(huán)境中塵螨分布情狀。方法收集公開發(fā)表的有關(guān)我國人居環(huán)境螨類分布文獻(xiàn),采用Meta Analyst Beta 3.13軟件Meta分析法分析我國人居環(huán)境螨類分布狀況,運(yùn)用Arcview GIS 3.3繪制我國人居環(huán)境螨類孳生率、孳生密度分布地圖。結(jié)果納入34篇文獻(xiàn),總標(biāo)本量25 102份,我國人居環(huán)境螨類孳生率加權(quán)合并值為60.3%(95%CI:54.9%-65.5%),其中南部城市螨類孳生率71.4%(95%CI:58.9%-81.3%),中東部孳生率61.8%(95%CI:54.7%-68.5%),北部孳生率40.3%(95%CI:25.8%-56.6%),屋塵螨(Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus)和粉塵螨(D.farinae)是我國人居環(huán)境中廣泛分布的優(yōu)勢(shì)螨種,南部與中東部城市的塵螨優(yōu)勢(shì)螨種多樣化趨勢(shì)明顯,5-7月均存在塵螨孳生高峰,而北部地區(qū)的高峰期在9月份。結(jié)論我國不同地理區(qū)域人居環(huán)境中螨類種群分布具有多樣性,季節(jié)消長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)也有所不同,可為螨類過敏性疾病的防治提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the epidemiological literature on the distribution of mites in human settlements in China from 1982 to 2015 by using Meta analysis. The distribution of dust mites in human settlements in China was comprehensively analyzed. Methods the published literatures on the distribution of mites in human settlements in China were collected. Meta Analyst Beta 3.13 software Meta analysis was used to analyze the distribution of mites in human settlements in China. Arcview GIS 3.3 was used to draw the map of mites breeding rate and breeding density distribution in human settlements in China. Results the results were included in 34 articles, with a total sample size of 25 102. The weighted combined value of mites breeding rate in human settlements in our country is 60.3 / 95CI: 54.9- 65.55.5. Among them, the breeding rate of mites in southern cities is 71.4 and that of 95 CIW is 58.9- 81.3. In the middle and east, the breeding rate of mite is 61.8% and 95% CI: 54.7% -68.5%). The breeding rate in the north is 40.30.95% CI: 25.8-56.6). Dermatophagoides pteronyssinusand D. farinae) are dominant mites widely distributed in human settlements in China. The diversity trend of dominant species of dust mites in southern and central eastern cities was obvious, and there was a peak of dust mites breeding in May and July. The peak period in northern China was September. Conclusion the population distribution of mites in different geographical regions of China has diversity, and the seasonal trends are also different, which can provide a reference for the prevention and control of mites allergic diseases.
