【摘要】：目的了解廣州市一級醫(yī)療機構(gòu)X射線診斷機房防護設(shè)施合格情況的分布特征。方法收集廣州市2012-2016年140臺一級醫(yī)療機構(gòu)X射線診斷機房的防護設(shè)施現(xiàn)況,采用SPSS 21.0作秩和檢驗和卡方檢驗。結(jié)果機房防護設(shè)施總體合格率為17.14%,11項機房防護設(shè)施指標(biāo)中,合格率最高為動力排風(fēng)裝置90.00%、最低為個人防護用品40.00%。不同X射線設(shè)備間總體合格率有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(χ2=28.349,P=0.000),DR機房最高(42.50%);雙床雙管類最低(0.00%)。對于合格率在不同類型X射線設(shè)備間有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異的8項指標(biāo)中,機房內(nèi)最小單邊長度、放射防護注意事項合格率最低的X射線設(shè)備均為雙床雙管單房(分別為50.00%和20.00%),機房布局和動力排風(fēng)裝置合格率最低的均為屏-片攝影(分別為62.50%和68.75%),個人防護用品、電離輻射警告標(biāo)志、工作狀態(tài)指示燈(燈箱處設(shè)警示語句)和門燈聯(lián)鎖合格率最低的均為雙床雙管雙房(均為0.00%)。結(jié)論該市一級醫(yī)療X射線診斷機房防護設(shè)施現(xiàn)況不容樂觀,特別是雙床雙管類和屏-片攝影。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution characteristics of the qualified protective facilities in X-ray diagnostic machine rooms of first-grade medical institutions in Guangzhou. Methods to collect the prevention of X-ray diagnostic machine rooms of 140 first-grade medical institutions in Guangzhou from 2012 to 2016. Current status of security facilities. SPSS 21.0 was used for rank sum test and chi-square test. Results the overall qualified rate of protective facilities in computer room was 17.14 out of 11 indexes. The qualification rate was 90.00g for power ventilation device and 40.00g for personal protective equipment. There was statistical difference among different X-ray equipments (蠂 ~ 22.28. 349). The highest value of Dr machine room was 42.50%; The minimum one-sided length of the machine room for the 8 indexes with statistical differences in the qualified rate among different types of X-ray equipment was obtained. The X-ray equipments with the lowest qualified rate of radiation protection items were two-bed double-tube single room (50.00% and 20.00, respectively). The lowest qualified rate of engine room layout and power ventilation equipment were screen-film photography (62.50% and 68. 75, respectively), personal protective equipment, ionizing radiation warning signs. The working state indicator (warning statement at the light box) and the lowest pass rate of the door lamp interlock are both double bed and double tube double room (both 0.00000). Conclusion the present situation of the first class medical X-ray diagnostic machine room protection facilities in the city is not optimistic. In particular, two-bed double-tube and screen-film photography.
