幾種聚硅酸鋁-多糖復(fù)合絮凝劑的性能比較

【摘要】:以硅酸鈉、硫酸鋁、殼聚糖(CTS)/食用淀粉(St)/羧甲基纖維素鈉(CMC)為主要原料制備了3種新型的有機(jī)-無機(jī)復(fù)合絮凝劑,使用掃描電鏡對聚硅酸鋁-殼聚糖(PSi Al-CTS)、聚硅酸鋁-淀粉(PSi Al-St)、聚硅酸鋁-纖維素(PSi Al-CMC)的微觀形貌結(jié)構(gòu)特征進(jìn)行了研究,分別考察了幾種絮凝劑在絮凝過程中水樣溫度、水樣p H、沉淀時間和投加量對模擬江水水樣絮凝效果的影響,最后討論了3種絮凝劑在性能及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益上的差異,結(jié)果表明,聚硅酸鋁-纖維素的絮凝性能最好,最高除濁率可達(dá)97.84%,生產(chǎn)1 t聚硅酸鋁-纖維素絮凝劑的原料成本最少,為56.17元。
[Abstract]:Three new organic-inorganic flocculants were prepared by using sodium silicate, aluminum sulfate, chitosan CTSU / edible starch stout / carboxymethyl cellulose sodium CMCas as main raw materials. The microstructure characteristics of polysilicate aluminum-chitosan (PSI Al-CTSN), polysilicate aluminum-starch (PSI Al-Stan), polysilicate aluminum-cellulose (PSiAl-CMC) were studied by scanning electron microscope. The water sample temperature of several flocculants during flocculation was investigated. The effect of water sample pH, precipitation time and dosage on flocculation effect of simulated river water sample was discussed. Finally, the differences of three flocculants in performance and economic benefit were discussed. The results showed that the flocculation performance of polysilicate aluminum-cellulose was the best. The highest turbidity removal rate can reach 97.84 and the raw material cost of producing 1 t polysilicate aluminum-cellulose flocculant is the least, which is 56.17 yuan.
