文章摘要：目的：評(píng)價(jià)康艾、香菇多糖、參芪扶正、復(fù)方苦參4種常用中藥注射劑聯(lián)合化療、放療或手術(shù)等治療非小細(xì)胞肺癌、胃癌及腸癌的有效性。方法：通過(guò)檢索2006年1月至2012年12月期間CNKI、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)及維普期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，納入關(guān)于該4種中藥注射劑有效性研究的文獻(xiàn)，并按抗腫瘤類型分類，分析評(píng)價(jià)納入文獻(xiàn)的質(zhì)量；同時(shí)，，從臨床療效、生活質(zhì)量、胃腸道反應(yīng)及骨髓抑制方面做進(jìn)一步頻數(shù)分析和卡方檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果：共納入132篇文獻(xiàn)。頻數(shù)分析（治療組與對(duì)照組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義的文獻(xiàn)榭文獻(xiàn)總數(shù)）結(jié)果為：生活質(zhì)量（89／132）；臨床療效（37／132）；骨髓抑制（96／132）；胃腸道反應(yīng)（81／132）�？ǚ綑z驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示：（1）非小細(xì)胞肺癌（84篇）治療中，化療、放療或手術(shù)合用康艾、香菇多糖、參芪扶正或復(fù)方苦參在所評(píng)價(jià)的4個(gè)指標(biāo)中均有顯著改善（P〈O．05）。（2）胃癌（24篇）治療中，化療、放療或手術(shù)合用康艾、香菇多糖對(duì)提高患者生活質(zhì)量、降低胃腸道反應(yīng)及骨髓抑制方面有明顯的作用（P〈0．05）。（3）腸癌（24篇）治療中，化療、放療或手術(shù)合用康艾、香菇多糖、參芪扶正能顯著改善患者生活質(zhì)量，降低患者胃腸反應(yīng)（P〈O．05）；合用復(fù)方苦參能提高療效和患者生活質(zhì)量，減少骨髓抑制（P〈0．05）。結(jié)論：康艾、香菇多糖、參芪扶正、復(fù)方苦參4種中藥注射劑對(duì)不同的腫瘤具有不同的療效。本研究為該4種中藥注射劑的臨床抗腫瘤應(yīng)用提供了相應(yīng)的循證藥學(xué)依據(jù)。

Abstr：OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the effectiveness of Kang＇ ai injection, Lentinan injection, Shenqi fuzheng injection and Compound kushen injection combined with chemotherapy, radiotherapy or operation for non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）, gastric cancer and intestinal cancer. METHODS： Retrieved from CNKI, CBM and VIP database from Jan. 2006 to Dec. 2012, literatures about the effectiveness of 4 kinds of TCM injection were included, and the quality of included literatures was evaluated by cancer type. Then frequency analysis and chi-square analysis were applied to analyze each therapeutic index including clinical efficacy, quality of life, gastrointestinal tract reaction and bone marrow suppression. RESULTS： 132 literatures were enrolled in this study. The frequency analysis （literatures with statistical significance between 2 groups/total amounts of literatures） showed that quality of life （89/132）, clinical efficacy （37/132）, bone marrow suppression （96/132） and gastrointestinal tract reaction （81/132） were the major therapeutic indexes. Furthermore, the chi-square analysis indicated： ① in NSCLC （84 literatures）, the main 4 therapeutic indexes were improved significantly when chemotherapy, radiotherapy or operation combined with Kang＇ ai injection, Lentinan injection, Shenqi fuzheng injection or Compound kushen injection（P〈0.05） ;② in gastric cancer （24 literatures）, chemotherapy, radiotherapy or operation combined with Kang＇ ai injection and Lentinan injection would improve the quality of life, reduce gastrointestinal tract reaction and bone marrow suppression significantly （P〈0.05） ; ③ in intestinal cancer （24 literatures）, chemotherapy, radiotherapy or operation combined with Kang＇ ai injection, Lentinan injection and Shenqi fuzheng injec
