【摘要】：目的觀察喉癌患者在手術(shù)前后血清中的血管內(nèi)皮抑素(Endostatin)及血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子(VEGF)水平的變化,分析其與喉癌病理特征的關(guān)系。方法用ELISA法檢測(cè)45例喉癌患者手術(shù)前、后血清中Endostatin和VEGF的水平變化,用15例聲帶息肉患者作對(duì)照。結(jié)果 (1)喉癌患者術(shù)前血清Endostatin水平[(22.83±3.57)μg/L]和VEGF水平[(2.67±0.35)μg/L]均顯著高于聲帶息肉患者[(17.65±3.64)μg/L與(1.03±0.58)μg/L](P0.01)。(2)喉癌患者術(shù)前血清Endostatin和VEGF水平與喉癌的臨床分期、腫瘤分化程度、有無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移等有關(guān)(P0.05),與患者的性別、年齡、腫瘤生長(zhǎng)部位等無關(guān)(P0.05)。(3)喉癌患者術(shù)后10 d血清Endostatin水平[(26.38±5.10)μg/L]顯著高于術(shù)前[(22.83±3.57)μg/L](P0.05);術(shù)后10 d血清VEGF水平[(4.83±0.69)μg/L]顯著高于術(shù)前[(2.67±0.35)μg/L](P0.001)。(4)喉癌患者術(shù)前血清Endostatin水平與VEGF水平呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.784,P0.01)。結(jié)論喉癌患者Endostatin和VEGF的血清水平有明顯相關(guān)性,在喉癌的發(fā)生、浸潤(rùn)和轉(zhuǎn)移中具有重要作用。檢測(cè)血清中Endostatin、VEGF水平可作為評(píng)估喉癌預(yù)后的重要指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of serum endostatin (Endostatin) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with laryngeal carcinoma before and after operation, and to analyze the relationship between the levels of endostatin and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the pathological characteristics of laryngeal carcinoma.
