【摘要】：目的探討淚腺炎患者血清中白細(xì)胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)、IL-17和γ-干擾素(γ-interferon,γ-IFN)的含量及意義。方法收集2012年10月到2013年7月于我院診斷為淚腺炎的31例患者的炎癥期及炎癥緩解期血清樣本各31份,另收集同期正常體檢血清標(biāo)本32份為正常對(duì)照組。采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(ELISA)檢測(cè)淚腺炎患者炎癥期及炎癥緩解期和正常血清中IL-4、IL-17、γ-IFN的含量,并進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果淚腺炎患者炎癥期血清中IL-4、IL-17和γ-IFN 3種因子含量分別為945.96~1594.28 ng·L-1、178.42~300.50 ng·L-1和371.56~432.08 ng·L-1,較炎癥緩解期(分別為604.06~987.33 ng·L-1、106.60~156.78 ng·L-1和175.86~241.04 ng·L-1)及正常對(duì)照組(分別為604.84~1293.06 ng·L-1、108.88~164.36ng·L-1和166.00~191.52 ng·L-1)顯著增高(均為P0.05);淚腺炎患者炎癥緩解期與正常對(duì)照組血清中3種因子含量相比,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。結(jié)論以IL-4、IL-17和γ-IFN為主要代表的Th1、Th17及Th2細(xì)胞可能參與了淚腺炎病變過(guò)程,并可在血清中檢測(cè)到變化,該疾病是與全身免疫相關(guān)的。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the contents and significance of serum IL-4 (interleukin-4,IL-4), IL-17 and interferon-gamma (gamma-interferon,-IFN) in patients with lacrimal inflammation. Methods from October 2012 to July 2013, 31 serum samples from 31 patients with lacrimal inflammation diagnosed in our hospital were collected, and 32 serum samples from normal physical examination at the same time were collected as normal control group.
