【摘要】：目的探討扁桃體肥大患者扁桃體切除手術(shù)前后發(fā)聲的共鳴特征變化。方法使用多通道語音分析系統(tǒng)測試38例8~20歲男性扁桃體肥大患者(扁桃體肥大組,II度大25例,III度大13例)扁桃體切除術(shù)前、術(shù)后一個月及40例7~22歲正常男性(正常對照組)發(fā)/a:/音時頭腔、口腔、喉腔、胸腔共鳴頻譜特征,分別統(tǒng)計0~999Hz(FR1)、1 000~1 999Hz(FR2)、2 000~2 999Hz(FR3)、3 000~4 000Hz(FR4)頻段的能量分布。結(jié)果扁桃體肥大組術(shù)后一個月,頭腔和口腔FR2、FR3能量值、胸腔FR2能量值較術(shù)前提高(P0.05),與正常對照組差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),頭腔、口腔、胸腔FR1能量值較術(shù)前下降(P0.05),與正常對照組差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),術(shù)后喉腔FR1~FR4能量值與術(shù)前及對照組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意(P0.05)。結(jié)論扁桃體肥大患者扁桃體切除術(shù)后口咽腔的體積擴大、氣流通道增寬,改變了頭腔、口腔的高頻共振,且術(shù)后一個月左右均恢復至正常水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of vocal resonance in patients with tonsillar hypertrophy before and after tonsillectomy. Methods 38 patients with tonsillar hypertrophy (tonsillar hypertrophy group, 25 patients with large degree II and 13 patients with high degree III) were measured by multi-channel speech analysis system.
