【摘要】：目的:探討兒童干眼的臨床特點,了解其與成人干眼之間的差異。方法:分析門診收集的干眼病例進行橫斷面研究分析,其中兒童干眼78例,成人干眼353例。結(jié)果:兒童組男女之比為1.9∶1,成人組男女之比為1∶2,兒童干眼男性較成人居多,兒童干眼的臨床癥狀兒童干眼的瞬目增多(89.7%)明顯高于成人(15.9%),而成人干眼的干澀(85.5%)、視疲勞(78.8%)、視力波動(43.3%)、異物感(77.6%)明顯高于兒童(P均0.01),兒童眼的危險因素中視頻終端綜合征[43例(55.1%)]、過敏性結(jié)膜炎[30例(38.5%)]比例明顯高于成人干眼。實驗室檢查方面,兒童干眼的淚膜破裂時間更為敏感,與成人比較,差異亦有顯著意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論與成人干眼比較,兒童干眼有如下特點:主要表現(xiàn)為瞬目次數(shù)增加伴眼紅、流淚,兒童干眼的主要危險因素是視頻終端綜合征和過敏性結(jié)膜炎。
