【摘要】：目的探討鼓膜完整的傳導(dǎo)性或混合性聾患者的聽力學(xué)特征。方法回顧性分析資料完整并經(jīng)手術(shù)確診的30例(42耳)傳導(dǎo)性或混合性聾患者的臨床資料,結(jié)合鼓室探查結(jié)果分析其術(shù)前純音測(cè)聽、靜態(tài)聲導(dǎo)抗、中耳共振頻率及CT結(jié)果。結(jié)果 42耳中術(shù)前CT顯示3耳耳硬化,2耳聽骨鏈畸形,而鼓室探查結(jié)果顯示耳硬化癥30耳、聽骨鏈中斷12耳;所有患者純音測(cè)聽示0.5、1、2kHz平均骨導(dǎo)閾值為27.5±1.3dB HL,平均氣導(dǎo)閾值為67.0±1.8dB HL,平均氣骨導(dǎo)差為39.5±1.1dB;42耳中,鼓室A型導(dǎo)抗圖占50.0%(21/42),As型占42.9%(18/42),Ad型占7.1%(3/42);耳硬化癥患者的平均中耳共振頻率為1 079.0±67.4Hz,比聽骨鏈中斷患者的平均中耳共振頻率(633.3±43.6Hz)高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.0002)。結(jié)論鼓膜完整的傳導(dǎo)性或混合性聾患者中耳硬化癥最常見(jiàn),耳硬化癥患者的中耳共振頻率高于聽骨鏈中斷患者。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the audiological characteristics of patients with complete conduction or mixed deafness of tympanic membrane. Methods the clinical data of 30 patients (42 ears) with conductive or mixed deafness diagnosed by operation were analyzed retrospectively. the results of pure tone audiometry, static acoustic immittance, resonance frequency of middle ear and CT were analyzed combined with the results of tympanic exploration. Results among 42 ears, CT showed ear sclerosis in 3 ears and ossicular chain deformity in 2 ears before operation, while tympanic exploration showed ear sclerosis in 30 ears and ossicular chain interruption in 12 ears. The average bone conduction threshold of 2Hz was 27.5 鹵1.3dB HL, the average air conduction threshold was 67.0 鹵1.8dB HL, the average air conduction difference was 39.5 鹵1.1dB, the average bone conduction threshold of 2Hz was 27.5 鹵1.1dB, and the mean air conduction threshold of 2Hz was 37.5 鹵1.1dB.
