【摘要】：正隨著超聲乳化技術(shù)的發(fā)展與新的人工晶狀體不斷推出,白內(nèi)障手術(shù)切口不斷縮小,手術(shù)源性散光也不斷減小。透明角膜切口超聲乳化植入折疊人工晶狀體已成為常規(guī)手術(shù)方法。我國地域遼闊,貧困白內(nèi)障患者眾多,因經(jīng)濟(jì)條件限制很多貧困白內(nèi)障患者只能選擇硬性人工晶狀體,以往為了減輕術(shù)后散光和防止切口滲漏多采用鞏膜隧道切口,只有植入折疊人工晶狀體才采用透明角膜切口。筆者因長期從事扶貧手術(shù),為了縮短手術(shù)時(shí)間,減少手術(shù)步驟,嘗試采用近角膜緣透明角膜切口植入硬性后房人工晶狀體,積累了一定經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of phacoemulsification technology and the introduction of new intraocular lens (IOL), the incision of cataract surgery is shrinking and the postoperative astigmatism is also decreasing. Transparent corneal incision phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation has become a routine surgical method. China has a vast territory and a large number of poor cataract patients. Due to economic conditions, many poor cataract patients can only choose hard intraocular lens. In order to reduce postoperative astigmatism and prevent incision leakage, scleral tunnel incision was used in the past. Only when foldable intraocular lens (IOL) is implanted, transparent corneal incision is used. In order to shorten the operation time and reduce the surgical steps, the author tried to insert hard posterior chamber intraocular lens (IOL) with transparent corneal incision near the limbal of the horn in order to shorten the operation time and reduce the operation steps for a long time in order to shorten the operation time and reduce the surgical steps.
