不同年齡正常聽(tīng)力新生兒和嬰幼兒聽(tīng)性腦干反應(yīng)波潛伏期的特點(diǎn)及變化規(guī)律

【摘要】:目的:探討不同年齡正常聽(tīng)力新生兒和嬰幼兒聽(tīng)性腦干反應(yīng)(ABR)波潛伏期的特點(diǎn)及變化規(guī)律,為準(zhǔn)確評(píng)估新生兒及嬰幼兒的聽(tīng)力情況提供參考。方法:選取2010年3月~2013年3月間在該院進(jìn)行聽(tīng)力檢查且結(jié)果正常的新生兒和嬰幼兒153名(306耳),將其按不同年齡段分組進(jìn)行ABR測(cè)試,同時(shí)選取18~25歲的正常青年人19名(38耳)為對(duì)照組,對(duì)比組間各波潛伏期和波間期的變化情況。結(jié)果:ABR波Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ潛伏期時(shí)間隨著新生兒和嬰幼兒月齡的增大而逐漸變短,其中波Ⅰ潛伏時(shí)間1~7日組、30~59日組、2~4個(gè)月組明顯長(zhǎng)于對(duì)照組;波Ⅲ潛伏時(shí)間1~7日組、30~59日組、2~4個(gè)月組、5~7個(gè)月組明顯長(zhǎng)于對(duì)照組;波Ⅴ潛伏時(shí)間1~7日組、30~59日組、2~4個(gè)月組、5~7個(gè)月組、8~10個(gè)月組、11~13個(gè)月組、14~16個(gè)月組明顯長(zhǎng)于對(duì)照組;以上差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。ABRⅠ~Ⅲ、Ⅰ~Ⅴ波間期分別于8~10個(gè)月、17~19個(gè)月起和對(duì)照組之間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),Ⅲ~Ⅴ波間期至20~24個(gè)月時(shí)和對(duì)照組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:新生兒和嬰幼兒ABR檢測(cè)結(jié)果應(yīng)當(dāng)結(jié)合不同月齡和各波潛伏期、波間期等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行綜合分析,不能直接參照正常成人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
