光學(xué)相干生物測(cè)量?jī)xLenstar LS 900與IOLMaster對(duì)眼球生物學(xué)參數(shù)測(cè)量的一致性評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:目的探討一種最新的光學(xué)低相干反射測(cè)量?jī)xLenstar LS 900對(duì)于眼球生物測(cè)量的準(zhǔn)確性,將其測(cè)量值與光學(xué)相干生物測(cè)量?jī)xIOLMaster的測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。方法對(duì)照觀察分別由Lenstar LS 900和IOLMaster測(cè)量的正常人群眼球的眼軸長(zhǎng)度(axial length,AL)、前房深度(anterior chamber depth,ACD)、角膜子午線上下的曲率半徑(CR1、CR2)和白對(duì)白角膜直徑(white-to-white distance,WTW)等眼球生物學(xué)參數(shù)。結(jié)果本研究納入了206個(gè)健康的成年個(gè)體(206眼),年齡(26.9±15.6)歲。兩種測(cè)量?jī)x對(duì)于AL、ACD、CR1、CR2和WTW等測(cè)量值的相關(guān)程度很高。Lenstar LS 900與IOLMaster的測(cè)量結(jié)果比較,AL差值(0.014±0.090)mm(P=0.025),CR1差值(0.006±0.030)mm(P=0.005),CR2差值(0.020±0.040)mm(P0.001),均略長(zhǎng);WTW較短差值(-0.110±0.400)mm(P0.001),ACD的差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.554)。除WTW一致性界限為-0.89~0.67 mm外,兩種測(cè)量?jī)x的測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)具有良好的一致性。結(jié)論與IOLMaster相比較,Lenstar LS 900可提供同樣準(zhǔn)確、可靠的眼球生物測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)(除WTW外),并且可提供中央角膜厚度和晶狀體厚度數(shù)據(jù),因此Lenstar LS 900在屈光手術(shù)和白內(nèi)障手術(shù)領(lǐng)域有很好的應(yīng)用前景,能滿足未來(lái)高質(zhì)量白內(nèi)障手術(shù)的要求。
