【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者女,46歲,因"鼻塞及咽干14個(gè)月"入院。患者2年前曾行鼻息肉切除術(shù),術(shù)后出現(xiàn)鼻塞。無梅毒、結(jié)核、麻風(fēng)病史,無鼻咽部放療及腭咽成形手術(shù)病史。�？茩z查:腭咽氣道開口處明顯狹窄,橫徑約0.4 cm,前后徑約0.3 cm。兩側(cè)后鼻孔瘢痕增生粘連狹窄,兩側(cè)后鼻孔直徑約0.6~0.8 cm(圖1、2)。CT及MRI示:鼻咽部為軟組織影封閉(圖3)。
[Abstract]:A 46-year-old female with clinical data was admitted to hospital with nasal congestion and dry pharynx for 14 months. The patient underwent nasal polyp resection 2 years ago and had nasal congestion after operation. No history of syphilis, tuberculosis, leprosy, no history of nasopharyngeal radiotherapy and velopharyngeal surgery. Specialist examination: the opening of velopharyngeal airway was obviously narrow, the transverse diameter was about 0.4 cm, and the anterior and posterior diameter was about 0.3 cm.. Bilateral posterior nostril scar hyperplasia and adhesion were narrow, and the diameter of bilateral posterior nostril was 0.6 鈮，
