【摘要】：目的精確檢測(cè)低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL)的亞組分并評(píng)估其中的小而密低密度脂蛋白(small dense LDL,sd LDL)與青年角膜弓(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)青年弓)的相關(guān)性。方法入選12例2014年3月至2014年10月就診于首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬北京安貞醫(yī)院眼科及體檢中心的血脂正常的青年弓患者。另外選取12例年齡、性別、吸煙史相匹配的健康對(duì)照者。采用Lipoprint LDL System精確檢測(cè)LDL的亞組分,計(jì)算其中的sd LDL占LDL的百分?jǐn)?shù),即sd LDL比率(sd LDL%)。采用t檢驗(yàn)比較青年弓組與對(duì)照組的sd LDL%,再以青年弓為因變量,通過(guò)Logistic回歸分析(Backward:LR)評(píng)估其相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組相比,青年弓組sd LDL%數(shù)值偏高〔(13.16±6.29)%vs(19.64±6.52)%〕,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.020)。Logistic回歸分析顯示:將年齡、LDL校正后,sd LDL%增高和青年弓明顯相關(guān)(P=0.040)。sd LDL%是青年弓發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素(OR=1.49,95%CI:1.01~2.19,P0.05)。結(jié)論血脂正常青年弓患者的sd LDL%增高,表明其LDL亞組分異常。
[Abstract]:Objective to accurately detect the subcomponents of low density lipoprotein (low density lipoprotein,LDL) and evaluate the correlation between small and dense low density lipoprotein (small dense LDL,sd LDL) and young corneal arch (abbreviated as young arch). Methods from March 2014 to October 2014, 12 young patients with normal blood lipids were enrolled in the Ophthalmology and physical examination Center of Beijing Anzhen Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University. In addition, 12 healthy controls matched age, sex and smoking history were selected. The subcomponents of LDL were accurately detected by Lipoprint LDL System, and the percentage of sd LDL in LDL, that is, sd LDL ratio (sd LDL%), was calculated. T test was used to compare the sd LDL%, between the young arch group and the control group, and the young arch was used as the dependent variable. The related factors were evaluated by Logistic regression analysis (Backward:LR).
