【摘要】：正患者,男,29歲,因異物飛濺入右眼后眼痛、右鼻出血8h入院。異物為金屬,具體大小、形狀不詳。體檢:生命體征平穩(wěn);神清,平車推入,檢查配合,右眼瞼明顯腫脹,眶內(nèi)正常結(jié)構(gòu)消失,無法窺清,無光感,運(yùn)動(dòng)不良,左眼球運(yùn)動(dòng)可,對(duì)光反射可,右側(cè)鼻腔可見干涸血痂,口咽部無新鮮出血。鼻竇CT平掃可見:①右側(cè)眼球挫裂傷;②右側(cè)篩竇內(nèi)異常密度影;③異物上界侵入顱底。急診于全身麻醉下行右眼眼內(nèi)容物剜除加經(jīng)鼻內(nèi)鏡右側(cè)鼻腔異物
[Abstract]:The positive patient, male, 29 years old, was admitted to hospital for 8 hours because of foreign body splashing into the right eye. The foreign body is metal, the specific size, the shape is unknown. Physical examination: vital signs are stable; Shenqing, flat cart push in, examination cooperation, right eyelid obvious swelling, orbital normal structure disappeared, unable to peek, no light sense, dyskinesia, left eye movement can be, to light reflection can be seen, right nasal cavity can see dry blood scab, oropharynx no fresh bleeding. CT plain scan of paranasal sinuses showed: (1) contusion and laceration of the right eyeball; (2) abnormal density in the right ethmoid sinus; (3) invasion of the skull base by the upper boundary of the foreign body. Emergency removal of contents of the right eye under general anesthesia and foreign bodies in the right nasal cavity through nasal endoscopy
