【摘要】：目的探討突發(fā)性耳聾的發(fā)病輕重程度、療效與血脂及血液流變學(xué)之間的相關(guān)性。方法比較220例突發(fā)性耳聾患者(230耳)的治療前聽(tīng)閾和膽固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)、全血中切黏度、全血高切黏度、血黏度、全血低切黏度的相關(guān)性。根據(jù)療效,將所有樣本分為有效組和無(wú)效組,回顧性比較兩組治療前的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、全血中切黏度、全血高切黏度、血黏度、全血低切黏度差異有無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)果突發(fā)性耳聾的發(fā)病輕重程度與LDL-C、血黏比度呈正相關(guān),與HDL-C呈負(fù)相關(guān)。有效組與無(wú)效組入院時(shí)TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、血黏度、全血低切黏度比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論突發(fā)性耳聾的發(fā)病輕重程度、療效與血脂和血液流變學(xué)密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the severity of sudden deafness and blood lipid and hemorheology. Methods before treatment, hearing threshold, cholesterol (TC), triacylglycerol (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and whole blood middle shear viscosity were compared in 220 patients with sudden deafness. Correlation of high shear viscosity, blood viscosity and low shear viscosity of whole blood. According to the curative effect, all samples were divided into effective group and ineffective group. The whole blood middle shear viscosity, high shear viscosity and blood viscosity of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C, before treatment were retrospectively compared between the two groups. The difference of whole blood low shear viscosity was statistically significant (P0.05). Results the severity of sudden deafness was positively correlated with the degree of blood viscosity of LDL-C, and negatively correlated with HDL-C. There was significant difference in TG,HDL-C,LDL-C, blood viscosity and whole blood low shear viscosity between the effective group and the ineffective group (P0.05). Conclusion the severity and efficacy of sudden deafness are closely related to blood lipid and hemorheology.
