【摘要】：正外淋巴瘺被定義為各種原因引起的外淋巴和中耳腔之間的骨質(zhì)破損、或膜性組織和/或韌帶破裂致使外淋巴液溢出到中耳腔的一組疾病,臨床表現(xiàn)為耳聾、眩暈、耳鳴等。外淋巴瘺常見的病因有先天性、外傷性及醫(yī)源性等,也有不少病例缺乏明確原因,而稱之為自發(fā)性外淋巴瘺(spontaneous perilymph fistula)或特發(fā)性迷路窗膜破裂(idiopathic labyrinthine window rupture)。目前,大多數(shù)學者
[Abstract]:Ortholymphatic fistula is defined as a group of diseases caused by various causes of bone damage between perilymph and middle ear cavity or rupture of membranous tissue and / or ligament causing perilymphatic fluid to spill into the middle ear cavity. The clinical manifestations are deafness vertigo tinnitus and so on. The common causes of perilymphatic fistula are congenital, traumatic, iatrogenic, and so on. There are also many cases lack of definite causes, which are called spontaneous perilymphatic fistula (spontaneous perilymph fistula) or idiopathic rupture of labyrinthine window membrane (idiopathic labyrinthine window rupture).
