【摘要】：早產(chǎn)兒視網(wǎng)膜病變(retinopathy of prematurity,ROP)是全世界兒童致盲的主要原因之一,早期發(fā)現(xiàn)和及時治療可以有效地終止大部分患兒病變的進(jìn)展。閾值期和高危閾值前期ROP是ROP是否需要治療的分水嶺。目前ROP主要的治療方式為激光治療,新型的藥物抗血管內(nèi)皮生成因子(Anti-VEGF)成為近年來研究的熱點。本文就ROP的治療進(jìn)展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Retinopathy of prematurity (retinopathy of prematurity,ROP) is one of the main causes of blindness in children all over the world. Early detection and timely treatment can effectively stop the progress of most of the diseases in children. Threshold period and high risk pre-threshold ROP are the watershed between whether ROP needs treatment or not. At present, the main treatment of ROP is laser therapy, and the new drug anti-angiogenic factor (Anti-VEGF) has become a hot topic in recent years. This article reviews the progress in the treatment of ROP.
