【摘要】：正頸淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移是許多鼻咽癌患者初診時(shí)的常見(jiàn)臨床表現(xiàn),目前以同期放化療為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的治療模式已在鼻咽癌的治療中發(fā)揮了強(qiáng)大的功效〔1〕。在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究者為了進(jìn)一步提高療效并加強(qiáng)對(duì)頸部淋巴結(jié)的控制率,提出了在同期放化療的基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合其他治療模式(如熱療、生物治療等)以達(dá)到增效的目的。我科于2010年起對(duì)鼻咽癌伴頸淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的患者開(kāi)展了微波熱療加同期放化療研究,現(xiàn)將結(jié)果報(bào)道如下。
[Abstract]:Orthocervical lymph node metastasis is a common clinical manifestation in many nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients. At present, the treatment mode based on concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy has played a powerful role in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (1). On this basis, in order to further improve the efficacy and enhance the control rate of cervical lymph nodes, the researchers proposed a combination of other treatment modes (such as hyperthermia, biotherapy, etc.) on the basis of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy to achieve the purpose of synergism. Microwave hyperthermia combined with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy has been carried out in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma with cervical lymph node metastasis since 2010. The results are reported as follows.
