【摘要】：正線粒體在不同的細(xì)胞中密度不同,在代謝活躍的細(xì)胞如視網(wǎng)膜色素上皮細(xì)胞中大量表達(dá)。氧化性損傷導(dǎo)致的線粒體功能障礙已經(jīng)成為衰老性疾病的發(fā)病機(jī)制之一〔1〕。越來越多的證據(jù)表明線粒體功能障礙與視網(wǎng)膜疾病之間存在聯(lián)系。1線粒體是細(xì)胞功能和代謝方面起重要作用的細(xì)胞器它的主要作用是產(chǎn)生腺苷三磷酸,控制細(xì)胞代謝和調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞凋亡,線粒體內(nèi)膜和外膜由磷脂雙分子層組成,含有大量的鑲嵌蛋白。線粒體基因組不穩(wěn)定性是年齡相關(guān)性疾病的促成因素。由氧化性應(yīng)激導(dǎo)致的線粒體功能障礙在年齡相關(guān)性黃
[Abstract]:Positive mitochondria have different densities in different cells and are expressed in metabolic active cells such as retinal pigment epithelium (RPE). Mitochondrial dysfunction caused by oxidative injury has become one of the pathogenesis of aging diseases (1). There is growing evidence of a link between mitochondrial dysfunction and retinal disease. 1 mitochondria are cell organelles that play an important role in cell function and metabolism. Its main role is the production of adenosine triphosphate. To control cell metabolism and regulate apoptosis, mitochondrial intima and outer membrane are composed of phospholipid bilayer and contain a large number of mosaic proteins.
