【摘要】：目的探討耳部軸型皮瓣在耳廓、耳周皮膚及組織缺損修復(fù)中的臨床運(yùn)用價(jià)值。方法回顧性分析我院采用含顳淺動(dòng)脈、耳后動(dòng)脈的耳前后軸型皮瓣修復(fù)因腫瘤、外傷、感染等原因造成的耳廓皮膚、軟骨及耳前皮膚組織缺損的16例患者的臨床資料,所有病例均采用耳前、耳后軸型皮瓣轉(zhuǎn)移至缺損處修復(fù)缺損,行二期斷蒂及皮瓣整復(fù)術(shù)。結(jié)果 16例患者轉(zhuǎn)移皮瓣全部存活,斷蒂后皮瓣移植區(qū)皮片色澤正常、能最大程度維持耳廓的外觀形態(tài)。結(jié)論軸型皮瓣血供好,皮瓣存活率高,尤其適用于修復(fù)血循環(huán)差的部位如耳廓的缺損,且軸型皮瓣豐富的血供對(duì)于防止感染造成菜花耳畸形,有一定的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of auricular axial flap in repairing skin and tissue defects of auricle and periauricle. Methods the clinical data of 16 patients with defects of auricle skin, cartilage and preauricular skin caused by tumor, trauma and infection were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were treated with anterior and posterior axial flaps to repair the defects. Results all of the 16 patients survived, and the skin grafts were normal in color and color, which could maintain the appearance of auricle as much as possible. Conclusion the axial flap has good blood supply and high survival rate, which is especially suitable for repairing the defect of the auricle. The abundant blood supply of the axial flap is valuable in preventing the infection of cauliflower ear malformation.
