【摘要】：目的探討眼部上皮性囊腫患者的組織病理學分類和臨床特點。方法對254例眼部上皮性囊腫患者進行回顧性分析,主要包括年齡、性別、發(fā)病部位、組織病理學性質。結果 254例眼部上皮性囊腫患者年齡為5個月～80歲,其中14歲及以下兒童患者52例(20.47%),14歲以上患者202例(79.53%);男115例,女139例;腫瘤部位:眼瞼27例(10.63%),結膜35例(13.78%),角鞏膜5例(1.97%),虹膜16例(6.30%),外眥部14例(5.51%),內眥部30例(11.81%),眼眶內127例(50.00%)。組織病理學性質:皮樣或表皮樣囊腫123例(48.43%),畸胎瘤1例(0.39%),單純上皮性囊腫20例(7.87%),黏液囊腫91例(35.83%),淚腺囊腫1例(0.39%),植入性上皮性囊腫18例(7.09%)。結論眼部上皮性囊腫在不同年齡、不同發(fā)病部位的組織病理學性質有其獨特特點。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the histopathological classification and clinical features of ocular epithelial cysts. Methods 254 cases of ocular epithelial cysts were analyzed retrospectively, including age, sex, location, histopathology. Results the age of 254 patients with ocular epithelial cysts ranged from 5 months to 80 years old, including 52 cases (20.47%) in children aged 14 and below, 202 cases (79.53%) in patients over 14 years of age, 115 cases in males and 139 cases in females. There were 27 cases (10.63%) of eyelid, 35 cases (13.78%) of conjunctiva, 5 cases (1.97%) of kerosclera, 16 cases (6.30%) of iris, 14 cases (5.51%) of lateral canthus, 30 cases (11.81%) of medial canthus. 127 cases (50.00%) in orbit. Histopathological features: dermoid or epidermoid cysts in 123 cases (48.43%), teratoma in 1 case (0.39%), simple epithelial cyst in 20 cases (7.87%), mucocele in 91 cases (35.83%). One case (0.39%) of lacrimal gland cyst and 18 cases (7.09%) of implanted epithelial cyst. Conclusion the histopathological characteristics of ocular epithelial cysts at different ages and different sites have their unique characteristics.
