刺激脈寬對(duì)電誘發(fā)復(fù)合動(dòng)作電位閾值的影響

【摘要】:本文研究了電誘發(fā)復(fù)合動(dòng)作電位(ECAP)的刺激脈寬與閾值之間的關(guān)系。首先通過(guò)對(duì)已有實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的擬合得到了單根聽(tīng)神經(jīng)動(dòng)作電位的刺激脈寬和閾值關(guān)系式中的基強(qiáng)度和時(shí)基;而后基于ECAP的機(jī)制提出了一個(gè)描述其刺激脈寬與閾值之間關(guān)系的數(shù)學(xué)表達(dá)式;進(jìn)一步通過(guò)豚鼠實(shí)驗(yàn)得到了表達(dá)式的參數(shù)并驗(yàn)證了表達(dá)式的適用性。研究結(jié)果表明,ECAP與單根聽(tīng)神經(jīng)動(dòng)作電位對(duì)比,二者的刺激脈寬與閾值之間存在相似的函數(shù)關(guān)系,但前者的基強(qiáng)度比后者小一個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí),而時(shí)基比較接近。這些結(jié)果對(duì)于臨床的ECAP測(cè)量與深入研究人工耳蝸的語(yǔ)音處理策略具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The relationship between the stimulus pulse width and the threshold of electroevoked compound action potential (ECAP) has been studied in this paper. Firstly, by fitting the experimental results, the basic intensity and time base of the stimulus pulse width and threshold of the action potential of the single auditory nerve are obtained. Based on the mechanism of ECAP, a mathematical expression describing the relationship between the stimulus pulse width and the threshold is proposed, and the parameters of the expression are obtained by guinea pig experiments and the applicability of the expression is verified. The results show that there is a similar functional relationship between the stimulation pulse width and the threshold of ECAP and the action potential of a single auditory nerve, but the base strength of the former is one order of magnitude less than that of the latter, but the time base is close. These results have certain guiding significance for clinical ECAP measurement and in-depth study of speech processing strategies of cochlear implants.
