【摘要】：正慢性鼻炎是鼻黏膜及黏膜下層的慢性炎癥,慢性鼻竇炎為鼻竇的慢性化膿性炎癥,慢性鼻炎與鼻竇炎同時(shí)存在稱為慢性鼻-鼻竇炎(CRS),CRS是涉及鼻腔和一個(gè)或多個(gè)鼻竇黏膜的炎性病變,疾病的病因病機(jī)復(fù)雜,變態(tài)反應(yīng)、免疫缺陷等系統(tǒng)性宿主因素、甲泡、中鼻甲反向彎曲等局部性宿主因素和病原微生物、有害化學(xué)物等環(huán)境因素等均可導(dǎo)致CRS的發(fā)生。《慢性鼻-鼻竇炎診斷和治療指南》指出CRS治療首選方案為藥物治療,CRS治療主要目標(biāo)為抗炎,大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類藥物為首選推薦抗
[Abstract]:Positive chronic rhinitis is the chronic inflammation of nasal mucosa and submucosa. Chronic sinusitis is chronic suppurative inflammation of nasal sinuses. Chronic rhinitis and sinusitis coexist with chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS),. CRS is an inflammatory disease involving nasal cavity and one or more nasal mucosa. The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are complicated, allergic reaction, immune deficiency and other systemic host factors, local host factors and pathogenic microbes, such as thyroid follicle, reverse curvature of middle turbinate, etc. Environmental factors such as harmful chemicals can lead to the occurrence of CRS. The guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis point out that the first choice of CRS treatment is drug therapy, the main goal of CRS treatment is anti-inflammatory, and macrolides are the first recommended anti-inflammatory drugs.
