骨橋蛋白及C-met在喉癌中的表達意義

【摘要】:目的:探討骨橋蛋白(OPN)和C-met在喉鱗狀細胞癌組織中的表達情況,及其與腫瘤發(fā)生、侵襲及轉(zhuǎn)移的關(guān)系。方法:采用免疫組織化學法(ElivisionTMplus法)檢測52例喉鱗狀細胞癌腫瘤組織及30例癌旁組織中OPN和C-met的表達情況,分析OPN和C-met的表達水平與患者的臨床分期、組織分化程度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移情況間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:在喉鱗狀細胞癌和癌旁組織中OPN、C-met的陽性表達率分別為71.2%、6.7%和63.5%、16.7%,喉鱗狀細胞癌臨床分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者中的OPN和C-met陽性表達率者分別為48.1%和55.6%,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者中的OPN和C-met陽性表達率分別為96.0%和80.0%,無轉(zhuǎn)移患者中OPN陽性率為53.6%,C-met陽性率為46.4%,轉(zhuǎn)移患者中OPN陽性率為91.7%,C-met陽性率為83.3%,彼此間差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義;高-中分化患者中OPN陽性率為65.7%,C-met陽性率為54.3%,17例低分化患者中OPN和C-met陽性表達率均為82.4%,二者間無顯著性差異。結(jié)論:OPN和C-met的陽性表達率隨著臨床分期進展而明顯提高,且與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有一定關(guān)系,但其陽性表達與組織分化程度間未見明顯聯(lián)系,OPN與C-met蛋白在喉鱗狀細胞癌組織中的異常表達呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,可能對喉鱗狀細胞癌的侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移起著一定的作用。
