【摘要】：目的探討內(nèi)臟脂肪素(visfatin)、腫瘤壞死因子(TNF)-α與老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者白內(nèi)障發(fā)病的相關(guān)性。方法選擇老年T2DM患者初發(fā)期組51例,腫脹期組40例,成熟期組49例,過(guò)熟期組47例。同時(shí)選擇40例健康正常人做正常對(duì)照組。應(yīng)用酶聯(lián)免疫分析法對(duì)白內(nèi)障患者血液中的visfatin、TNF-α進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。結(jié)果 T2DM白內(nèi)障老年患者的visfatin、TNF-α表達(dá)顯著上調(diào)(P0.01),較正常對(duì)照組有顯著差異(P0.01),且與病情進(jìn)程呈正相關(guān)。與空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血紅蛋白(HbA1c)呈正相關(guān),與胰島素的濃度成負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論白內(nèi)障患者內(nèi)臟visfatin及血清TNF-α的異常表達(dá)具有促進(jìn)眼內(nèi)動(dòng)脈重塑和新生內(nèi)膜的生長(zhǎng)作用,促進(jìn)了老年T2DM患者白內(nèi)障病變的進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between visceral adipose (visfatin), tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-偽 and cataract in elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods 51 elderly patients with T2DM, 40 with swelling, 49 with maturity and 47 with overmaturity were selected. At the same time, 40 healthy people were selected as the normal control group. Visfatin,TNF- 偽 in blood of cataract patients was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results the expression of visfatin,TNF- 偽 in elderly patients with T2DM cataract was significantly up-regulated (P0.01), which was significantly higher than that in the normal control group (P0.01), and was positively correlated with the progression of the disease. There was a positive correlation with fasting blood glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and a negative correlation with insulin concentration. Conclusion the abnormal expression of visceral visfatin and serum TNF- 偽 in patients with cataract can promote the remodeling of intraocular artery and the growth of neointima, and promote the progression of cataract in elderly patients with T2DM.
