嗅覺傳導(dǎo)通路的MRI評估

【摘要】:正隨著人類對嗅覺功能認知的重視和深入研究,逐漸發(fā)展出多種嗅覺系統(tǒng)的檢測方法。主客觀嗅覺功能檢查能夠從不同層面反應(yīng)嗅覺的水平,尤其客觀檢測目前被認為是評估嗅覺功能的"金標準"。但是這些檢查不能確定嗅覺信號產(chǎn)生的部位,以及引起嗅覺障礙的原因。影像學(xué)技術(shù)則能夠顯示嗅覺通路結(jié)構(gòu),并且功能性MRI(functional MRI,fMRI)和正電子發(fā)射計算機斷層掃描(positron emission tomography,PET)等可以反應(yīng)大腦不同區(qū)域?qū)μ囟ù碳さ墓δ芑钚浴O鄬τ贑T掃描,
[Abstract]:With the attention and research of olfactory function, many detection methods of olfactory system have been developed. Subjective and objective olfactory function examination can reflect olfactory level from different levels, especially objective detection is considered to be the "golden standard" to evaluate olfactory function.
