Phakic IOL結(jié)構(gòu)及植入位置對人眼視覺質(zhì)量的影響

【摘要】:以Hwey-Lan Liou眼模型為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建近視及遠視態(tài)人眼模型,利用ZEMAX光學(xué)設(shè)計軟件通過光線追跡研究了不同結(jié)構(gòu)的有晶體眼人工晶體(Phakic IOL)及植入位置對屈光矯正后人眼成像質(zhì)量的影響。以Zernike標準多項式系數(shù)離焦項C4,及調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)(MTF)對像質(zhì)進行表征,結(jié)果表明:當植入位置固定,屈光度相同時,Phakic IOL厚度越小,對近視態(tài)人眼眼視覺矯正質(zhì)量越好,對于遠視態(tài)人眼,晶體厚度影響不明顯,離焦項C4大小與人眼MTF曲線反應(yīng)的人眼成像質(zhì)量一致;在離焦矯正相同情況下,PIOL植入位置對眼光學(xué)系統(tǒng)成像質(zhì)量基本無影響;凸凹結(jié)構(gòu)的PIOL對人眼視覺矯正效果要優(yōu)于其他結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Based on Hwey-Lan Liou's eye model, the human eye models of myopia and hyperopia were constructed. ZEMAX optical design software was used to study the effects of different structures of intraocular lens (Phakic IOL) and implantation position on the imaging quality of human eyes after refraction correction by ray tracing. The defocus term C4 of Zernike standard polynomial coefficient and the modulation transfer function (MTF) were used to characterize the image quality. The results showed that the smaller the thickness of, Phakic IOL was when the implantation position was fixed and the diopter was the same, the better the quality of visual correction for myopic human eyes was. For hyperopic eyes, the effect of lens thickness is not obvious, and the defocus C4 is the same as the human eye imaging quality of MTF curve reaction. Under the same condition of defocus correction, the position of PIOL implantation has no effect on the imaging quality of optical system, and the effect of PIOL with convex and concave structure on visual correction of human eye is superior to that of other structures.
