【摘要】：正隨著功能性鼻竇內(nèi)鏡外科的不斷發(fā)展,鼻腔鼻竇慢性疾病的臨床治愈率明顯提高,但多數(shù)地區(qū)由于經(jīng)濟(jì)等原因,術(shù)后仍采用不可吸收的填塞材料止血,必然引起術(shù)后創(chuàng)面持續(xù)滲血,填塞材料有異味,且疼痛不適感明顯,尤其在撤除填塞鼻腔材料時(shí)疼痛劇烈,從而導(dǎo)致患者不配合,影響下一步治療產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重后果。我科在鼻竇內(nèi)窺鏡手術(shù)后用止血膨脹海綿填塞鼻腔時(shí)加用龍血竭散并持續(xù)應(yīng)用用龍血竭散沖洗術(shù)腔,觀察對(duì)患者治療情況的影
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of functional endoscopic sinus surgery, the clinical cure rate of chronic diseases of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus has increased significantly. However, due to economic and other reasons, non-absorbable packing materials are still used to stop bleeding in most areas. It is necessary to cause continuous bleeding of the wound after operation, the filling material has peculiar smell, and the pain and discomfort are obvious, especially when removing the packing material, the pain is severe, which leads to the patient not cooperating, and affects the next treatment to produce the serious consequence. In our department, after endoscopic sinus surgery, the nasal cavity was filled with hemostatic swelling sponge plus Longxue Draconus Powder and continuous application of Longxue Draconus Powder to wash the operative cavity, and to observe the effect of treatment on the patients.
