【摘要】：目的:比較用不同測量方法得到的效用值之間的差異。方法:采用不同測量方法同時對350例老年性黃斑變性的患者進行效用測量,把用不同測量方法得到的效用值的中位數(shù)作為相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)效用值與各種效用值進行比較、方差分析、相關(guān)分析和曲線擬合。結(jié)果:用不同測量方法得到的效用值之間的差異和相關(guān)性大多具有顯著意義,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)效用值與各種效用值的曲線方程也具有顯著意義,但擬合度都不高。結(jié)論:對于相同的對象用不同測量方法得到的效用值是不同的,在沒有絕對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的情況下,本研究得到的結(jié)果可以作為用單一方法測量得到的效用值的修正參考。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the differences between the utility values obtained by different measurement methods. Methods: the utility of 350 patients with age-related macular degeneration was measured simultaneously by different measurement methods. The median of utility value obtained by different methods was compared with various utility values, and the variance analysis was performed. Correlation analysis and curve fitting. Results: the difference and correlation between the utility values obtained by different measurement methods were significant. The curve equations of relative standard utility values and various utility values were also significant, but the fitting degree was not high. Conclusion: the utility values obtained by different measurement methods are different for the same objects. In the absence of absolute standards, the results obtained in this study can be used as a reference for the correction of utility values obtained by a single method.
