【摘要】：目的測定并比較2型糖尿病不同分期視網(wǎng)膜病變患者及正常人淚液中腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量,探討淚液TNF-α與糖尿病及糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變的關系。明確淚液TNF-α與血清TNF-α水平的相關關系。方法正常對照組(NC組)50例、2型糖尿病無視網(wǎng)膜病變組(NDR組)50例、2型糖尿病單純性視網(wǎng)膜病變組(DR組)50例,2型糖尿病增生性視網(wǎng)膜病變患者(PDR組)50例,用ELISA法檢測四組人群淚液、血清中TNF-α的含量。結果淚液中TNF-α的含量:NC組為(0.48±0.17)pg/ml,NDR組為(3.84±1.64)pg/ml,DR組為(6.63±2.06)pg/ml,PDR組為(7.76±3.05)pg/ml,兩兩組間比較均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01或P0.05)。血清中TNF-α的含量:NC組濃度為(4.78±3.03)pg/ml,NDR組濃度為(13.68±6.66)pg/ml,DR組濃度為(18.92±5.94)pg/ml,PDR組濃度為(21.62±9.92)pg/ml,兩兩組間比較均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。淚液TNF-α與血清TNF-α水平有相關性(r=0.751,P0.05)。結論 2型糖尿病患者淚液TNF-α水平明顯升高。隨著糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變程度的加重,淚液TNF-α含量逐漸升高,提示淚液TNF-α水平與糖尿病及不同分期糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變的發(fā)生有關。淚液TNF-α與血清TNF-α水平之間呈線性正相關關系。
[Abstract]:Objective to determine and compare the content of tumor necrosis factor- 偽 (TNF- 偽) in tears of patients with different stages of type 2 diabetes mellitus and normal subjects, and to explore the relationship between TNF- 偽 and diabetic retinopathy. To determine the correlation between TNF- 偽 in tear and serum TNF- 偽 level. Methods 50 cases of normal control group (NC group), 50 cases of type 2 diabetic non-retinopathy group (NDR group), 50 cases of type 2 diabetic simple retinopathy group (DR group), 50 cases of type 2 diabetic proliferative retinopathy group (PDR group), 50 cases of normal control group (NC group), 50 cases of type 2 diabetic non-retinopathy group (NDR group), 50 cases of type 2 diabetic proliferative retinopathy group (PDR group) were examined by ELISA method. The content of TNF- 偽 in serum. Results the content of TNF- 偽 in tears was (0.48 鹵0.17) pg/ml,NDR, (3.84 鹵1.64) pg/ml,DR, (6.63 鹵2.06), (7.76 鹵3.05) pg/ml, in NC group and (7.76 鹵3.05) pg/ml, respectively (P0.01 or P0.05). The concentration of TNF- 偽 in serum of NC group was (4.78 鹵3.03) pg/ml,NDR group was (13.68 鹵6.66) pg/ml,DR group was (18.92 鹵5.94) pg/ml,PDR group was (21.62 鹵9.92) pg/ml, group (P0.01). There was a correlation between serum TNF- 偽 and tear TNF- 偽 (r = 0.751P 0.05). Conclusion the level of TNF- 偽 in tears of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is significantly increased. With the severity of diabetic retinopathy, the content of TNF- 偽 in tear increased gradually, suggesting that the level of TNF- 偽 in tear was related to the occurrence of diabetes mellitus and diabetic retinopathy in different stages. There was a linear positive correlation between serum TNF- 偽 and serum TNF- 偽 level.
