不同波長(zhǎng)UVR-B相干作用誘導(dǎo)白內(nèi)障的特點(diǎn)

【摘要】:目的研究不同波段UVR-B相干作用引起白內(nèi)障的特點(diǎn)。方法 6周齡albino Sprague-Dawley大鼠被隨機(jī)分成四組,每組20只。UVR-B輻射光來自與單色器相連的高壓銀汞燈,最大的輸出能量在300 nm(UVR 300 nm)和310 nm(UVR 310 nm)。每只動(dòng)物的一只眼被暴露。對(duì)照組大鼠暴露于UVR-B的有效生物學(xué)劑量是8 k J/m2,只暴露于UVR-B 300 nm,時(shí)間70 min;觀察組先暴露于UVR-B 300 nm,劑量4 k J/m2,時(shí)間35 min;然后同一只眼再暴露于UVR-B 310 nm,劑量42 k J/m2,時(shí)間35 min。于暴露后第7天,動(dòng)物被宰殺。光鏡下分析白內(nèi)障特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果對(duì)照組的大鼠20只光暴露眼全部發(fā)生皮質(zhì)性白內(nèi)障。觀察組的大鼠20只光暴露眼全部發(fā)生皮質(zhì)聯(lián)合核性白內(nèi)障。結(jié)論 UVR-B 300 nm光暴露眼可發(fā)生皮質(zhì)性白內(nèi)障。UVR-B 300 nm、UVR-B 310 nm相干作用引起核性白內(nèi)障。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the characteristics of cataract induced by coherent interaction of UVR-B in different bands. Methods Sixth-week-old albino Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups. Each group had 20. UVR-B radiation from a high voltage mercury lamp connected to the Monochromator. The maximum output energy was 300 nm (UVR 300nm and 310 nm (UVR 310 nm). One eye of each animal was exposed. The effective biological dose of UVR-B exposure in the control group was 8 kg / m ~ (-2), only UVR-B 300 nm for 70 min, and the observation group was exposed to UVR-B 300 nm at a dose of 4 k J / m ~ (2) for 35 min, and then to UVR-B 310 nm at a dose of 42 k J / m ~ (2) for 35 mins in the same eye. The animals were slaughtered 7 days after exposure. The characteristics of cataract were analyzed under light microscope. Results Cortical cataract occurred in all of the 20 eyes exposed to light in the control group. Conjunctival cortical cataract occurred in all of the 20 eyes exposed to light in the observation group. Conclusion the cortical cataract. UVR-B 300 nm coherent effect of UVR-B 310nm can occur in the eyes exposed to UVR-B 300nm light, and the nuclear cataract can be induced by UVR-B 310nm coherence.
