【摘要】：目的探討康復(fù)模式對先天性重度或極重度感音神經(jīng)性聾嬰幼兒聽覺言語能力的影響。方法依據(jù)康復(fù)模式將63例確診為重度或極重度感音神經(jīng)性聾嬰幼兒分為A組(21例,僅家庭康復(fù)模式)、B組(19例,僅康復(fù)機(jī)構(gòu)康復(fù)模式)、C組(23例,家庭與康復(fù)機(jī)構(gòu)相結(jié)合康復(fù)模式),采用聽覺行為分級(categories of auditory performance,CAP)、言語可懂度分級(speech intelligibility rating,SIR)、嬰幼兒有意義聽覺整合量表(infant-toddler meaningful auditory integration scale,IT-MAIS)、有意義言語使用量表(meaningful use of speech scale,MUSS)對各組受試者聽覺干預(yù)前(0個(gè)月)和聽覺干預(yù)后(3、6、9、12個(gè)月)的聽覺言語能力發(fā)展效果進(jìn)行評估比較。結(jié)果重復(fù)測量方差分析結(jié)果顯示,各組聽障嬰幼兒在聽覺干預(yù)3~12個(gè)月期間,C組四種評估問卷得分均值明顯高于A組和B組相對應(yīng)的得分均值,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論家庭與康復(fù)機(jī)構(gòu)相結(jié)合的康復(fù)模式更有利于聽障嬰幼兒早期聽覺言語能力的提升。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of rehabilitation model on auditory speech ability in infants with congenital severe or extremely severe sensorineural hearing loss. Methods Sixty-three infants with severe or extremely severe sensorineural hearing loss were divided into group A (21 cases, only family rehabilitation model) and group B (19 cases, rehabilitation model only) and group C (23 cases) according to rehabilitation model. Family and rehabilitation institutions combined with rehabilitation model), using auditory behavior rating (categories of auditory performance cap), speech intelligibility rating (speech intelligibility rating Sir), infants and young children meaningful auditory integration scale (infant-toddler meaningful auditory integration scale IT-MAIS), meaningful speech use scale (meaningful use of speech scaleMUSS. The effects of auditory speech ability development were evaluated before and after auditory intervention (0 months) and after auditory intervention (36 months, 12 months). Results the results of repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that the scores of four kinds of evaluation questionnaires in group C were significantly higher than those in group A and group B during the period of 3 ~ 12 months of auditory intervention (P0.05). Conclusion the combination of family and rehabilitation institutions is more beneficial to the improvement of hearing and speech ability of infants with hearing impairment.
