【摘要】：正夸大性聾是詐病的一種表現(xiàn),受試者耳部無疾病或僅有較輕病變,因涉及到職業(yè)病診斷、傷殘鑒定等問題,而故意夸大其聽力損失。目前我國診斷職業(yè)性噪聲聾的標準是以純音測聽結(jié)果為依據(jù),由于純音測聽是一種主觀檢查,聽力水平可受人為干擾。部分人員受經(jīng)濟利益的驅(qū)使,常有意夸大聽力損失程度�，F(xiàn)就某機械廠同時出現(xiàn)4例接觸噪聲作業(yè)人員疑似有意夸大聽力損失而提出職業(yè)病診斷鑒定的案例分析如下。1資料與方法
[Abstract]:Positive exaggerated deafness is a symptom of falsehood. There is no disease or only minor lesion in the ear of the subjects. Due to the problems of occupational disease diagnosis, disability identification and so on, the hearing loss is deliberately exaggerated. At present, the diagnostic standard of occupational noise deafness in China is based on the results of pure tone audiometry. Because pure tone audiometry is a subjective examination, the level of hearing can be disturbed by human beings. Some people, driven by economic benefits, often deliberately exaggerate the extent of hearing loss. This paper presents a case study of occupational disease diagnosis and identification of 4 exposed noise workers suspected of intentionally exaggerating hearing loss in a mechanical factory as follows: 1 data and methods
