【摘要】：目的探討阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征(Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)患者血清網(wǎng)膜素(Omentin)水平的變化及意義。方法選取80名經(jīng)睡眠多導(dǎo)圖監(jiān)測(cè)的受試者,根據(jù)體質(zhì)量指數(shù)和呼吸暫停低通氣指數(shù)將其分為3組,對(duì)照組、超重非OSAHS組、超重OSAHS組,其中超重OSAHS組中有12名受試者進(jìn)行了一晚經(jīng)鼻持續(xù)氣道正壓通氣(nasal continuous positive airway pressure,nCPAP)治療。測(cè)定3組受試者以及12名經(jīng)一晚nCPAP治療患者的血清Omentin、空腹血糖、血脂。結(jié)果超重OSAHS組患者血清Omentin水平較超重非OSAHS組明顯降低(P0.05)。結(jié)論超重OSAHS組患者中Omentin水平下降,提示Omentin可能參與了OSAHS的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes and significance of serum omentin (Omentin) level in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, OSAHS). Methods 80 subjects monitored by sleep polygraph were selected and divided into 3 groups according to the body mass index and the exhalation hypoventilation index, and the control group was overweight. In the non OSAHS group, the overweight OSAHS group, of which 12 subjects in the overweight OSAHS group were treated with nasal continuous positive airway pressure (nasal continuous positive airway pressure, nCPAP) for one night. The serum Omentin, fasting blood glucose, and blood lipid were measured in 3 groups of subjects and 12 patients treated with one night nCPAP. The level of N was significantly lower than that in overweight non OSAHS group (P0.05). Conclusion the level of Omentin in overweight OSAHS group decreased, suggesting that Omentin might be involved in the occurrence of OSAHS.
