【摘要】：目的探討準(zhǔn)分子激光前彈力層下角膜磨鑲術(shù)(sub-Browman’s keratomileusis,SBK)與準(zhǔn)分子激光原位角膜磨鑲術(shù)(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)術(shù)后不同時間干眼的癥狀及相關(guān)指標(biāo)的變化。方法回顧性分析2010年3月至2011年12月在我院接受準(zhǔn)分子激光手術(shù)的近視患者。行SBK者106例(212眼)為SBK組,行LASIK者130例(260眼)為LASIK組,分別觀察術(shù)前及術(shù)后1周、1個月、3個月、6個月干眼癥狀、角膜熒光素染色、非侵入性淚膜破裂時間、基礎(chǔ)淚液分泌量,并進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果術(shù)后1個月和3個月SBK組分別有47眼(22.2%)和25眼(11.8%)出現(xiàn)干眼癥狀,而LASIK組分別有139眼(53.5%)和92眼(35.4%),兩組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。術(shù)后1個月和3個月SBK組分別有39眼(18.4%)和18眼(8.5%)出現(xiàn)角膜著色,而LASIK組分別為125眼(48.1%)和81眼(31.2%),兩組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。術(shù)后1個月、3個月SBK組基礎(chǔ)淚液分泌量和非侵入性淚膜破裂時間分別為(11.28±1.51)mm、(11.56±1.32)s和(13.57±2.36)mm、(14.39±1.01)s,LASIK組分別為(7.45±1.29)mm、(7.83±2.15)s和(8.15±1.80)mm、(8.57±1.46)s,兩組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。至術(shù)后6個月,以上各項指標(biāo)兩組比較差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。結(jié)論 SBK較LASIK治療近視術(shù)后干眼發(fā)生率低,恢復(fù)快。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes in the symptoms and related indexes of dry eyes at different time after excimer laser pre elastic layer sub-Browman s keratomileusis (SBK) and excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (laser in situ keratomileusis, LASIK). Methods a retrospective analysis was carried out in our hospital from March 2010 to December 2011. 106 cases (212 eyes) of SBK in group SBK and 130 cases (260 eyes) of LASIK were treated as group LASIK. The symptoms of dry eyes were observed before and 1 weeks, 1 months, 3 months, 6 months, corneal fluorescein staining, non invasive tear film time, the secretion of the base tear, and statistical analysis. The results were 1 months and 3 months after the operation, and the results were statistically analyzed. There were 47 eyes (22.2%) and 25 eyes (11.8%) with dry eye symptoms in group LASIK, 139 eyes (53.5%) and 92 eyes (35.4%) respectively. The difference in the two group was statistically significant (P0.05). There were 39 eyes (18.4%) and 25 eyes in the group of SBK after 1 months and 3 months respectively. The differences were statistically significant (all P0.05). 1 months after operation, 3 months and 3 months, the tear secretion and noninvasive tear film rupture time were (11.28 + 1.51) mm, (11.56 + 1.32) s and (13.57 + 2.36) mm, (14.39 + 1.01) s, LASIK group (7.45 + 1.29) mm, (7.83 + 11.28) mm, and S. There were statistical significance (all P0.05). To 6 months after operation, there was no statistical difference between the two groups (all P0.05). Conclusion SBK was lower in the incidence of dry eye after myopia and faster recovery than LASIK.
