【摘要】：研究目的 1.探討9-12歲遠(yuǎn)視性屈光參差性弱視患者6小時(shí)遮蓋與全天遮蓋治療的中心視力和近立體視(Titmus)的療效上是否有差異。 2.探討9-12歲遠(yuǎn)視性屈光參差性弱視患者6小時(shí)遮蓋與全天遮蓋中口服胞磷膽堿鈉片組與未服藥組的視功能是否有差異。 研究方法 1.將150例9-12歲遠(yuǎn)視性屈光參差性弱視患者根據(jù)弱視的輕、中、重程度隨機(jī)分為6小時(shí)遮蓋組以及全天遮蓋組,在遮蓋治療基礎(chǔ)上都行精細(xì)訓(xùn)練治療,隨訪分別在第1,4,10個(gè)月,同時(shí)記錄患者最佳矯正視力和戴鏡Titmuso 2.10個(gè)月后將兩個(gè)遮蓋組輕度、中度弱視患者隨機(jī)分為服藥組及未服藥組。服藥組在遮蓋治療的基礎(chǔ)上給予胞磷膽堿鈉片口服1個(gè)月,各組隨訪4個(gè)月,記錄患者圖形視覺(jué)誘發(fā)電位(P-VEP), Titmus,以及對(duì)比敏感度(CS)的變化情況。另外,嚴(yán)密觀察服藥組各種可能的副作用,直至本臨床試驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí),未發(fā)現(xiàn)一例副作用患者。 3.采用SPSS11.5對(duì)視力及視功能等結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析處理。 研究結(jié)果 1.輕度、中度患者,6小時(shí)遮蓋與全天遮蓋視力提高無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(p0.05)；輕度、中度患者,6小時(shí)遮蓋與全天遮蓋立體視增長(zhǎng)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(p0.05)； 2.中度弱視患者,服藥組與未服藥組的P-VEP有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(p0.05),在六小時(shí)遮蓋治療中,服藥組與未服藥組近立體視有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(p0.05);服藥組中,6小時(shí)遮蓋與全天遮蓋近立體視對(duì)比有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(p0.05)；對(duì)比敏感度檢查為藥物治療弱視患者視功能的改善提供參考依據(jù)。 研究結(jié)論 1.對(duì)于9-12歲遠(yuǎn)視性屈光參差性弱視輕度、中度患者6小時(shí)遮蓋與全天遮蓋視力都有提高,且無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異：Titmus檢查的立體視銳度6小時(shí)遮蓋立體視增長(zhǎng)優(yōu)于全天遮蓋。 2.胞磷膽堿鈉片在遮蓋治療的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)弱視患者的視功能提高上有相對(duì)的輔助作用。
[Abstract]:Purpose of research 1. To explore whether there is a difference in the treatment of central vision and near stereopsis between patients aged 9-12 years old with hyperopic anisometropia amblyopia. 2. To investigate the difference of visual function between patients with hyperopic anisometropia amblyopia (9-12 years old) who were treated with oral citicoline sodium tablets for 6 hours or all day. Research method 1. 150 cases of hyperopic anisometropia amblyopia aged 9-12 years were randomly divided into 6 hour shaded group and full day covering group according to the degree of amblyopia. At the same time, the best corrected visual acuity and Titmuso were recorded. After 2. 10 months, the patients with mild and moderate amblyopia were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the drug group were treated with citicoline sodium tablets for 1 month on the basis of shaded treatment. The patients were followed up for 4 months to record the changes of graphic visual evoked potential (P-VEP), Titmus and contrast sensitivity (CSS). In addition, all possible side effects in the drug group were closely observed until the end of the clinical trial, no side effects were found. 3. Visual acuity and visual function were statistically analyzed by SPSS11.5. Research results 1. There was no significant difference in visual acuity between light and moderate patients with 6 hours covering and all day covering, while there was a significant difference in the increase of stereopsis between light and moderate patients with 6 hours covering and all day covering. 2. In patients with moderate amblyopia, there was a significant difference in P-VEP between the drug group and the control group (P 0.05). There were significant differences in the near stereopsis between the drug group and the control group (P 0.05), and in the treatment group there was a significant difference between the 6 hour cloak and the whole day covering near stereopsis. The contrast sensitivity test provided a reference for the improvement of the visual function of the patients with amblyopia treated with drugs. Research conclusion 1. For hyperopic anisometropia amblyopia of 9-12 years old, the visual acuity of 6-hour covering and all-day covering in moderate patients were improved, and the stereopsis acuity of 6-hour covering was better than that of all-day covering. 2. Citicoline sodium tablets can improve the visual function of amblyopia patients on the basis of covering therapy.
