【摘要】：目的研究近視眼對比敏感度(CS)的不同影響因素。方法隨機選取行近視準分子激光的患者62例124眼,矯正視力均≥1.0。分別根據(jù)屈光度、年齡和瞳孔大小分組。采用CGT-1000對比敏感度儀分別進行眩光及非眩光狀態(tài)下的對比敏感度測試。結(jié)果在眩光時的對比敏感度均低于無眩光時。眩光狀態(tài)下,按年齡分組,40歲組和40～60歲組間對比敏感度的差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),≥60歲組的對比敏感度在各個空間頻率點上均明顯低于40歲組和40～60歲組(均P0.05)。正視組、中低度近視組與高度近視組間的差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(均P0.05),但正視組與中低度近視組的差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。瞳孔6 mm及≤6 mm兩組間的差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。非眩光狀態(tài)下按以上方法分組比較,結(jié)果與眩光時一致。結(jié)論年齡、屈光度明顯影響近視眼對比敏感度,而瞳孔大小影響不明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the different influencing factors of contrast sensitivity (CS) in myopia. Methods Sixty-two patients (124 eyes) with myopic excimer laser were randomly selected. The corrected visual acuity was better than 1.0. They were grouped according to diopter, age and pupil size. The contrast sensitivity of glare and non-glare were tested by CGT-1000 contrast sensitivity instrument. Results the contrast sensitivity of glare was lower than that of no glare.
