【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)中國(guó)和外國(guó)聽(tīng)力正常者的音樂(lè)感知能力,分析文化差異與音樂(lè)感知的相關(guān)性,以期為我國(guó)人工耳蝸植入者音樂(lè)感知的評(píng)估及其評(píng)估工具的設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)提供依據(jù)。方法使用慕尼黑音樂(lè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)問(wèn)卷(Munich music questionnaire,MUMU)和人工耳蝸音樂(lè)評(píng)估軟件(musical sounds in cochlear implant,MuSIC)分別對(duì)40例實(shí)驗(yàn)組(中國(guó)聽(tīng)力正常者)和對(duì)照組(外國(guó)聽(tīng)力正常者)進(jìn)行音樂(lè)聆聽(tīng)行為評(píng)估和音樂(lè)感知能力測(cè)試,實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組音樂(lè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)相互匹配。結(jié)果對(duì)照組F3音調(diào)辨別、旋律辨別結(jié)果明顯好于實(shí)驗(yàn)組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組C4音調(diào)辨別、節(jié)奏辨別與和旋律辨別測(cè)試結(jié)果差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組情感與不和諧音測(cè)試結(jié)果基本一致。結(jié)論外國(guó)受試者音樂(lè)感知好于中國(guó)受試者,文化差異對(duì)音樂(lè)感知能力尤其是旋律感知有一定影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the ability of music perception in Chinese and foreign hearing normal subjects, and to analyze the correlation between cultural differences and music perception, so as to provide the basis for the assessment of music perception of cochlear implants in China and the design and development of evaluation tools. Methods using Munich music questionnaire and cochlear music evaluation software, musical sounds in cochlear implantant Music, 40 cases of experimental group (normal hearing in China) and 40 cases of control group (normal hearing of foreign countries) were performed music listening behavior. Assessment and music perception testing, The musical experience of the experimental group and the control group matched each other. Results in the control group, the results of F _ 3 tone discrimination and melody identification were significantly better than those of the experimental group (P 0.05), and the C _ 4 tone discrimination of the two groups was better than that of the experimental group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between Rhythm discrimination and melodic discrimination (P 0.05), and the results of emotion and dissonance between the experimental group and the control group were basically the same. Conclusion the music perception of foreign subjects is better than that of Chinese subjects.
