【摘要】：正1病例報告患者,男,22歲,于2014年12月22日使用鐵制工具擊打物體時部分鐵片反彈入鼻內,當時鼻尖出血,自覺疼痛、腫脹,無頭痛、視物不清、鼻出血、面部麻木感,5h后就診于我院急診科。急行頭顱正側位X線檢查示鼻尖部有一高密度陰影(圖1)。予破傷風抗毒素1 500IU肌內注射后轉入我科。體檢:患者生命體征平穩(wěn),鼻尖部不偏離中線,皮膚稍紅腫,可見一長度約3mm的傷口(圖2),伴少量
[Abstract]:A reported patient, male, 22 years old, rebounded into the nose on December 22, 2014, when part of the iron chip was bouncing into the nose when the tip of the nose was bleeding, pain was felt, swelling, no headache, unclear vision, and epistaxis. Facial numbness was seen in the emergency department of our hospital 5 hours later. X-ray examination showed a high-density shadow at the tip of the nose (Fig. 1). Tetanus antitoxin 1 500IU was injected intramuscularly into our department. Physical examination: the patient's vital signs are stable, the tip of the nose does not deviate from the midline, the skin is slightly red and swollen, and there is a wound about 3mm in length (Fig. 2, with a small amount)
