【摘要】：正1病例報(bào)告患者,男,45歲,因"反復(fù)鼻塞、流黏涕5年,加重伴流膿涕1周余"入院,患者于2008年無(wú)明顯誘因出現(xiàn)鼻塞,流黏涕,嗅覺(jué)減退,偶頭昏頭痛,無(wú)咳嗽咯痰,無(wú)鼻癢噴嚏,多次到當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院門(mén)診就診,治療后癥狀稍好轉(zhuǎn),反復(fù)發(fā)作。訴分別于2011年11月和2012年2月先后2次到某院行"雙側(cè)鼻息肉切除術(shù)",術(shù)后癥狀稍改善,1周余前受寒后上述癥狀明顯加重,伴流膿涕,來(lái)我院門(mén)診就診,予口服鹽
[Abstract]:A report of 1 case, male 45 years old, was admitted to hospital because of "recurrent nasal congestion, runny runny for 5 years, aggravated with pus and snot for more than a week". The patient had no obvious inducement in 2008 to develop nasal congestion, runny runny, decreased olfactory, occasional dizziness headache, and no cough and sputum.No itching sneeze, many visits to the local hospital outpatient treatment, symptoms slightly improved after treatment, repeated attacks.In November 2011 and February 2012, respectively, he went to a hospital for "bilateral nasal polyposis resection". The symptoms were slightly improved more than a week after the cold. The symptoms increased obviously after cold and accompanied with discharge of pus. He came to our hospital to see a doctor and was given oral salt.
