【摘要】：目的探討深頭懸位(deep head hanging maneuver,DHH)復(fù)位法治療前半規(guī)管BPPV(anterior semicircular canal BPPV,AC-BPPV)的療效。方法將42例典型的AC-BPPV患者隨機分為兩組,試驗組21例行DHH復(fù)位法治療,對照組21例行改良Epley管石復(fù)位法治療,比較兩組療效。結(jié)果試驗組中第一次治療后有18例痊愈,3例患者經(jīng)過第二次治療后痊愈,總有效率100%(21/21);對照組中第一次治療后15痊愈,4例經(jīng)過二次治療痊愈,2例反復(fù)多次治療,眩暈均不能控制,改用DHH復(fù)位法治療兩次后好轉(zhuǎn),改良Epley管石復(fù)位法總有效率90.48%(19/21);兩組有效率的差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 DHH復(fù)位法治療AC-BPPV的有效率與改良Epley管石復(fù)位法一致,且操作簡便,是治療AC-BPPV的較好選擇。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of deep head hanging hanging reduction in the treatment of anterior semicircular canal BPPV(anterior semicircular canal BPPVAC-BPPVs.Methods 42 typical AC-BPPV patients were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (21 cases) were treated with DHH reduction and the control group (21 cases) with modified Epley tracheid reduction. The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results in the experimental group, 18 cases were cured after the first treatment and 3 cases were cured after the second treatment, the total effective rate was 100% 21 / 21, while in the control group, 4 cases were cured after the first treatment and 2 cases were cured after the second treatment.The total effective rate of the modified Epley tracheolithiasis reduction method was 90.48 and 19 / 21, and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion the effective rate of DHH reduction for AC-BPPV is consistent with that of modified Epley reduction, and it is easy to operate. It is a good choice for the treatment of AC-BPPV.
