【摘要】：目的 研究Livin蛋白在LSCC中的表達(dá)及其與LSCC臨床病理因素之間的關(guān)系;探討Livin與Survivin及PTEN在LSCC中表達(dá)的相關(guān)性。 方法 1、采用Western-blot和免疫組織化學(xué)兩種方法對(duì)LSCC中Livin蛋白表達(dá)進(jìn)行檢測(cè),分析Livin蛋白在LSCC中的表達(dá)情況,及其與腫瘤病理分級(jí)、臨床分期的關(guān)系。 2、采用免疫組織化學(xué)方法對(duì)LSCC中Survivin和PTEN蛋白進(jìn)行檢測(cè),按照是否有Survivin和PTEN蛋白表達(dá)分組,通過(guò)不同組中Livin的表達(dá)情況,分析Livin與Survivin及PTEN表達(dá)的相關(guān)性。 結(jié)果 1、Livin在LSCC中的表達(dá) Western-blot檢測(cè)結(jié)果:在LSCC組織中只表達(dá)Livinα,在LSCC組織中Livin表達(dá)明顯高于癌旁組織和聲帶息肉組織。Livin蛋白的表達(dá)與患者年齡、性別、發(fā)生部位、組織分化程度均無(wú)關(guān),而與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P0.01),同時(shí)與臨床分期有關(guān)(P0.01)。免疫組化檢測(cè)結(jié)果:Livin蛋白在聲帶息肉中不表達(dá),在LSCC的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率為66.1%。Livin陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率與LSCC患者年齡、性別、發(fā)生部位及分化程度均無(wú)相關(guān)性(P0.05),與臨床分期和淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P0.05)。 2、Survivin和PTEN在LSCC中的表達(dá) Survivin在LSCC組織中表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率為69.4%(43/62),明顯高于聲帶息肉組織0.0%(0/15);PTEN在LSCC組織中表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率為45.2%(28/62),明顯低于聲帶息肉組織100.0%(15/15);Survivin和PTEN陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率與LSCC患者年齡、性別及發(fā)生部位均無(wú)相關(guān)性(P0.05),都與分化程度、臨床分期和淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P0.05)。 3、Livin與Survivin及PTEN表達(dá)的相關(guān)性 在LSCC組織中Survivin的表達(dá)和Livin的表達(dá)無(wú)相關(guān)性(r=0.068,P0.05);PTEN的表達(dá)和Livin的表達(dá)呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.378,P0.01)。 結(jié)論 1、Livin蛋白在LSCC組織中高表達(dá),顯著高于癌旁組織及聲帶息肉組織。兩種異構(gòu)體只表達(dá)Livinα,不表達(dá)Livinβ。 2、Livin蛋白的表達(dá)與LSCC的淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移和臨床分期有相關(guān)性,但與分化程度和發(fā)生部位無(wú)關(guān)。 3、在LSCC組織中Survivin的表達(dá)和Livin的表達(dá)無(wú)相關(guān)性,提示二者在LSCC的細(xì)胞凋亡過(guò)程中可能有不同的作用機(jī)制;PTEN的表達(dá)和Livin的表達(dá)呈負(fù)向相關(guān),提示二者在LSCC的發(fā)生、發(fā)展中具有一定聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:PurposeTo study the expression of Livin protein in LSCC and its relationship with clinicopathological factors of LSCC, and to explore the correlation between Livin and Survivin and PTEN expression in LSCC.Method2. The Survivin and PTEN proteins in LSCC were detected by immunohistochemical method. According to the expression of Survivin and PTEN, the relationship between Livin and Survivin and PTEN was analyzed through the expression of Livin in different groups.ResultExpression of Livin in LSCCWestern-blot results showed that only Livin 偽 was expressed in LSCC, but the expression of Livin in LSCC was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues and vocal cord polyps. The expression of Livin protein was not correlated with age, sex, location of occurrence and degree of tissue differentiation.However, it was related to lymph node metastasis and clinical stage.The expression rate of 66.1%.Livin in LSCC was not related to age, sex, location and differentiation of LSCC patients, but related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis.Expression of survivin and PTEN in LSCCSurvivin鍦↙SCC緇勭粐涓〃杈鵑槼鎬х巼涓，
