糖化血紅蛋白A1c與突發(fā)性耳聾的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的研究探討糖化血紅蛋白A1c與突發(fā)性耳聾之間的相關(guān)性。方法選取該院收治的突發(fā)性耳聾患者140例作為研究對(duì)象,按照患者的糖化血紅蛋白檢測(cè)結(jié)果 ,以6.5%為分界,Hb A1c≥6.5%為觀察組,共70例(89耳),Hb A1c6.5%為對(duì)照組,共70例(77耳),分別對(duì)兩組患者進(jìn)行聽力學(xué)檢查,并比較治療前兩組患者患耳聽力下降程度、不同頻率的聽閾損失情況;颊呔o予針對(duì)病因和病癥的綜合性治療,測(cè)定不同頻率的聽閾聽力改善情況,并比較治療后兩組患者總的臨床效果以及。結(jié)果治療前兩組患者的聽力下降程度、不同頻率的聽閾損失情況之間的比較均差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后觀察組與對(duì)照組治療后的有效率分別為40.0%和78.6%,觀察組顯著低于對(duì)照組,比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 Hb A1c升高會(huì)加重突發(fā)性耳聾聽力下降程度,影響突發(fā)性耳聾患者的預(yù)后。給予突發(fā)性耳聾患者以糖化血紅蛋白檢測(cè)可以為突發(fā)性耳聾預(yù)后的評(píng)價(jià)以及治療方案的確定提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin A1c and sudden deafness. Methods the hospital treated 140 cases of sudden deafness patients as the research object, in accordance with the HbA1c test results of patients, divided by 6.5%, Hb A1c = 6.5% for the observation group, a total of 70 cases (89 ears), Hb control group A1c6.5%, a total of 70 cases (77 ears), were audiological examination of two groups of patients, and compare the two groups before treatment of patients suffering from hearing loss, hearing loss in different frequency. The patients were given comprehensive treatment for the cause and conditions, determination of different frequency hearing threshold to improve the situation, and after treatment between the two the total group of patients the clinical effect and degree. The results of the two groups before treatment was statistically significant between hearing loss, hearing loss situation of different frequency difference (P0.05); after treatment, observation group and control group treatment After treatment the effective rate were 40% and 78.6%, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Hb increased A1c can aggravate the hearing of sudden deafness decreased, affecting the prognosis of patients with sudden deafness. For patients with sudden deafness with HbA1c test can provide the basis for evaluation of prognosis of sudden deafness and determination of treatment.
